Hi, I'm confused I submitted an application online on 9/12/2020 for an extension spouse visa and I've received an email from the home office stated: download and print your supporting documents checklist book and attend an appointment to provide your documents and biometrics (fingerprints and facial photograph) but I don't know how to log in to the UKVCAS website to upload my documents and book an appointment. Could you kindly advise me on how to do that?

Hi Milan. If you go to www.ukvcas.co.uk/home-internal there is an option to login at the top right of the page. Use the details you previously provided when you submitted your application online. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

hiya, i just wanna ask something, i applied my flr m last aug 3.. already paid and uploaded my documents that day also.. my problem is.. the only open schedule for the brp appointment is on aug 23 here in newcastle, my visa will expire on sept 7 and i dont know when to start counting the days until the result day, because it says it will took 8weeks so basically, the time frame is short until sept 7.. i am working and i am really confused .. please help!

Roh try to get appointment anywhere in Uk asap. But I don’t think so it would effect you badly if your visa is expired. The home office will send your employer a letter or email stating that your visa needs extending. Alternatively ring, email or write a letter to home office.

Hello ! I have come back to you again. I checked from many concerned persons about reopening of the VFS in India but no updates and saying it seems not opening soon. I want to know the procedure of the spouse visa as in my case on 19th March application form is filled, visa charges for priority service and health surcharge has already been paid and even the documents had been scanned in Manchester VAC and reached the home office. Biometrics I had to do in India but all the VFS centres closed down. In such case in the meantime they won’t process the file? In this case if you can guide me if I can mail somewhere and know about all this? It been three months now and nothing is clear in near future also. It is now really effecting mental health as I have left my 86 years old mother in law behind. Really not getting any clue where to contact and how to take things further. Please guide me. Your guidance will be of great help. Thank you and regards.

Hi Vinny, generally with the UKVCAS Super Priority service you receive a decision within 24 hours from your biometric appointment. However there have been some delays recently what with COVID-19 so it may take longer than usual.

@@whiterosevisas Could you please put the link here for everybody please? It is simply not in the website because is set up to you to call the a number (2.50 per min) to do over the phone. There is nothing leading to the code through the FAQ and the client keep running around circles. I called the number and they ask me the number for UK agency border for my citizenship application which I cannot give because I am still completing it and this is why I need to do the biometric data first. The system is clearly set up to takes people money over the phone becuase the link with the access code is NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL - this is my email address, please send me the link with the access code: [e-mail]

must say system didn`t improved at all, no chance to book Biometrics app, if the time expire, do I loose my 1300£? and need apply again? I dont see hope with that Supra french company...
