Love that you base your assessment off the intended user, which is the high level competitive CrossFit athlete. The problem i have with these programs is, I see a lot of low/mid level CrossFitters hopping on these programs when it's not at all appropriate for their experience/fitness level. Would love to see these programs come with some sort of prerequisites as a guide to who they are or are not appropriate for.

Thanks for chiming in! Choosing the 'hardest' path is very common in the training world. The reality is that most would do significantly better with a lot less.

Jason isn't lying. I remember doing a mile for time of KB Farmer's Carry, back rack BB Carry at 135, and sled pushes, all separate workouts, at CrossFit 781!

I have completed the FREE 26wk US Army Ranger Tactical Athlete Program twice, it's designed to prepare ppl for the fitness assessment to get into the Rangers. I would enjoy your analysis of it. It's a pdf I can post the link for it if you like?

@jasonbrowncoaching he has a lot of programs Jason, having done a lot of them and also 4wks into your CXCT I already know what you will say about Brian's programming. Would be interesting to see your feedback. They are .pdf tho, no free trial, no app to use. I personally dislike app based programs, i want to write on them and reduce screen time.
