Dear brother or sister, It is amazing that you are doing your best to fufill the obligations of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala, but this is your sign to make dua as well. The prophets would constantly make dua and we can see this in the Quran with Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) asking Allah for help when he was being thrown into the fire and how Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would make dua for us, his ummah, all the time. Making dua is not selfish, I know you never said this, but I just wanted to mention it again.

Dua being accepted changes your future. I encourage you to make it see what happens in your life it is the smallest effort that you can make but to Allah it is a huge deal his slave remembers him amongst all the chaos in the world and in his personal affairs

​@@likethatcommenttt don't ever ask for sabr there's a story about a sahaba who asked for patience and his dua was granted by being given more difficulties so that he can be more patient. Ask Allah for ease be delusional in your dua and have tawakkul in Allah 😊
