Disc Doctor - PDGA compliant disc repair tool. It smothes out material does not add or remove it. As a micro fiber towel gets really hot and smooths it out as well, I am using when buying used discs, the first throw does not need a bad handfeel as well as a new feel :P Not sure how the Axiom/MVP premium plastic-rims react though.

The nice thing about mpv:s overmold part of the rim is that being the softer material it is, it smoothens out the nicks and scuffs over normal wear and tear at faster pace than 100% premium plastic discs for longer lasting hand comfortability. I also think that the rumor about mvp discs not beating in as fast as others is because the outer rim takes dmg and absorbs some of the impact making them not get warped as easily. So they hold their overal shape/parting line height for longer while the outer rim does wear in and get's rounded after a while. Still pumped about the tone technology for sure and happy clash is having some success so soon after the double steady incident( tho I really do commend them for trying out new stuff good or not).

If only mvp discs had more dome. I only got a domey Timelapse as my overstable driver/forehand disc. For backhand I like fission and neutron waves. The fission wave is a hyzer flip disc while the neutron one is more of a little overstable one. If the fission one had more dome, it might make it more stable which is a slot im looking for

Buy some lead tape in the ball golf section of any sporting goods store and do it yourself on a lightweight disc. Just don't tell your friends until after the disc flies 600ft.
