How eBay ENCOURAGES Scammers Even When You Win They Don't Lose

I had to call ebay last night. Been dealing with a buyer on a pair of shoes she returned. She admitted to wearing them and when i got them back they were completely damaged with holes on the bottom of the shoe, nasty and stretched.I uploaded the photos while ebay was on the phone. They asked me how much money if any i wanted to refund her and I told her none. I lost money on the shoes, shipping to her and back to me. Rep filed a report, refunded her out of thier pocket, and i win case. Regardless, rep told me that she would not be able to file another claim in the future and asked me if i wanted to block her. I told her I blocked her the moment she pulled this stunt. I also went further and put her on a bad buyers list. Yes, thier is one out there. What gets to me though is we all pay for this. Ebay should not refund out if there own pocket and yes it does nothing with these buyers as far as punishment. Rep explained to me that she will still be able to buy from ebay but she will no longer nv e able tp file any claims for any reason. Out of 5 years selling on ebay this is the only problem buyer i have had. I take pictures of everything. If someone buys more than one i take pictures with the shipping lable. I agree with you 100%. Thank you for this video bc i was thinking about doing one myself on this same subject.
