Thank you I feel happy knowing we are connected thru spirit. Everyone has a potential to be spiritually awakened. A thought i used to believe was that only buddhist monks could be awakened. I realize that my imprisoned mind was creating stories to ultimately keep me away from truly awakening. Alan Watts pointed me to Eckhart Tolle.

Always felt weird about Jung, then I found out most of his 'knowledge' came from his courtyard conversations he would have with a demon. No I'm not joking, you can look it up and the demon's name was Philamon (or something close) lol.

I will never forget your goodness. One sentence from you that I came across on Facebook is what saved me from the brink of death. At that time, I was mentally ill with obsessive-compulsive depression, a severe depression that caused me to lose all of my hair. I'm living now in a western luxurios world with a high paying job but i have constant thoughts of a bigger impact and contribution to my origin of country which is the Philippines. This is also a lesson in how you should be careful with words. Eckhart asked for a big change from the Universe and he got it. He was also willing to surrender to unfolding events. The flip-side is asking the Universe to help you, and you not being willing to go with the flow. That can result in a lot of suffering. As Eckhart says, the key is to surrender to what IS and don't resist or struggle against it.

I love & thank E.T. with such gratitude...Reading the power of Now was powerful...but also a bit overpowering & difficult to persevere in practice after decades of emotional pain from trauma & resistance... I'd discovered enlightenment(in India), but my family did not understand - so I threw it all away ...but E.Ts simple solution became easier to practice when I felt I met him thru his talks..I got the courage to try again & its working now..

If it doesn’t , you are at least a wonderful and so « useful » frequency holder ! To bring consciousness into this world through your awareness is really something! And to be absolutely at peace ☮️ with it! Not even a tiny feeling of guilt or « not useful » but deep joy, contentement ! I go through a similar experience and I’m more and more released and in peace to be in a state of a frequency holder . It’s a privilege actually when you really connect with the sense of it! By holding a higher frequency aka being present and working on your own happiness, you spread happiness to the world and the people you meet, which changes theirs to a higher frequency too. Holding a higher frequency means you're here to teach the world how to vibrate at a higher frequency (kindness, love, joy) by being your most authentic self. That in turn makes you in service of others

Good day! Just stopping in to say when I first started listening to you *way back when I read your first book* I laughed at the idea of being in the moment AND not having useless, repetitive thoughts play endlessly. This morning I drove to work and realized that the only thoughts I had all the way here were just recognitions of the beautiful sky and the lovely day. I thought about that and realized that I have been doing thst for awhile now and I didn't even feel the need to think about how well I habe been doing with that! Lol! Thank you for frankness and compassion. 💕 and thank you for putting these videos out here for free.

I started my own journey on the pathway of surrender a little over a year ago. Back then I received the message: “this is the end of life as you know it” Very interesting. I’ve been practicing spaciousness and surrender as best as I could, still am, and I can still feel this countdown. It’s a very strange, sometimes (to my ego) unnerving experience. I know I just can surrender to it. To anyone going through the same thing, you got this❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻

This is similar to something that happened to me New year's Eve 2019 when Spirit told me in meditation to start a youtube channel, that the world will need this service soon. Now I really don't consider myself a "teacher" but rather a "channel of information" but I had about 40 years of spiritual practice behind me so I listened, reprogrammed my mind as I had very bad performance anxiety, overcame my ego, my feelings of lac etc. and just did it and now I know why I'm expanding my reach and how people are being touched by this work in these awakening and turbulent times. It's amazing! Just wanted to share this as Eckhart's story is similar. STAYING SMALL AND COMFORTABLE SERVES NOBODY! I launched in June 2020 and I've grown more in the past 2 years than I had in the prior 10 just by overcoming my anxiety and putting myself out there expanding my reach. Namaste.

Dear Eckart, it is a blessing for me to have come across your channel. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. The greatest gift you were able to give me was that I am probably already on the path of consciousness or that consciousness is increasingly deciding in favor of me. is there another way to speed it up? Because I often find it difficult not to identify with my body. It just so happens until I realize it happened again. Especially when the body has to suffer from a lack of sleep, the unconscious often prevails. there is a heaviness that is even felt physically. The second trigger point is when it comes to money worries. It's often my unconscious that speaks out of me. It's good to know that this is a conditioning from childhood, because my parents always had money problems (constant arguments within the family) and still do. it's noticeable in hindsight, but I don't have a solution for how the presence remains simple even in such situations. I like that "Frequency Holder" idea, like to imagine myself as, maybe; one of those! Rather wish it wasn't such a negative frequency though. "A poorly tuned radio" is nothing to aspire to!

I would like to share that when I was 11 years old I looked up and pleaded with an abstract sense of God saying there's got to be more to life than this. It's been over 50 years and I am now finally becoming aware of who I am and where I came from but as of yet am not sure what I am supposed to be interacting. Thank you for this inspiration and ease. I am expanding into aware presence, learning to surrender. ❤

I guess I am a frequency holder. A retired introvert who adapted to the initial COVID quarantine pretty easily. During that time, I cared for two loved ones until they passed away ( unrelated to COVID). That was my purpose in life. Now, a year later, I am adrift waiting for my next purpose. I have put the question to the universe without any response that I am aware of. At 73, I do feel the “tick tock”. I feel better that Eckhardt went through something similar. Patience is a lesson in itself!

The cup that runs over, realized. I had a boss, he offered a service to famous customers - he acted like they were just a guy. So they did come back. No more celebrity, but you keep the respect, Sir. The Lennon quote, 'dont wish for something, as you might just get it" is very apt here. Unless the wish is coming from the right place, (not ego based) then its unlikely that one would be able to handle it. Eckhart proves here that he was primed in the right manner to take it on. Nature flows elegantly

One day I was walking down the road I could smell something soft, and sweet it was a beautiful tree then I could hear water running it was a beautiful creek with birds drinking and singing so beautifully, butterflies, in many colours , my friend said where was this place I said planet earth . I am a work in progress. God will move me when I am ready to be moved. The degree of my surrender to stillness and self is directly connected to the degree of my contribution. There is no race for the quality of our surrender to the presence impacts all those who cross our paths. Not many should pursue teaching for the accountability is greater. I take that very seriously. Therefore, I only want to be a conduit of their messages so as not to dilute those messages with ego. This is why I listen to Tolle. He sifts himself and scans for ego within himself. Not perfect and will not be, and none of us either, but to endeavor to evolve in our practice toward enlightenment nevertheless. My greatest wish is never to need to return to Earth again. That is probably more than I could handle. Smile.
