I had an experience through meditation while laying down where I had a conscious out of body experience and popped out as an observer observing another body of mine made of light, it was the same shape as my physical body with a line of light on the top of its head. I was observing and being it at the same time then when both the observer and the light body came back in the physical, my head was filled with this powerful electricity while the rest of my body had subtle electricity.

I was led on a meditation by a counselor a few years back. I was taken on a journey by babys with wings...they were going through my life and all my past baggage. It was weird and yet fascinating. By the end I met a girl that was really mad at me. I locked into her and was really trying to listen and understand. Why was she so mad at me? Once I understood, it's like a veil was removed, and the girl looking at me was ME. The moment I realized it, I broke down crying! I spoke to myself that I had siwlnced for years. I put her last. I silenced her cries and her hurts. I didn't make her a priority. And she finally got to tell me. I promised her that day that I wouldn't forget about her anymore. Somewhat makes sense, a lot of those differences of teachings is because experiences and teachings are Somewhat understandings passed down, of each existence and the connections how they relate to each other. The connections are always there and the energies whatever we called life once there's enough of them Consciousness has to develop in each plane at the same time collecting those Energies so each existence or Dimension is the one that we're aware of where we have the most connection and energies, Consciousness in form there is nothing else but whatever name we give it to spirituality energy Consciousness someone there are many forms we are starting to understand with an infinite cycle push-pull sand receive so on. the most important material words that we can mention are constructs like center, whole, complete, aligned, cohesive, united,...................................................................and even without material definition. They only require individual consideration, contemplation. Most material constructs have taught that we need material information to be fixed. The key is information yet the information that determined "wholeness" is already in you. This has to be believed before the process of individual understanding can even be initiated. all else is merely an imbalance of what could be termed states of dependency. All things in balance are proven through the reality that we are not overly dependent on another's material understanding. Numbers are an expression of these truths as reflected into this reality. this being true with all "attribute" what are the numbers saying? Sacred scripture tells us. Some #'s have a "whole center' and some do not. yet every # except one is a whole center of another number. Interesting because one, although not a whole center and in itself undefinable is the simple representation of the undefinable whole. Only odd #'s have a whole center. thats odd! exactly! Our langauge can be seen materially in terms of negative, positive, odd, even, as a distraction from the symbiotic operations of all things. The number of completion 9 is the whole center of 17 This being important. 5 is the whole center of 9 this being important. 17 is a pairing of the numbers 1 and 7 that are an expression as a pair representing the set of #'s 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 which is the # set representing all material perfection. In scripture this represented by the single # 7 The center of the full set of numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 is 4 Four being the expression of the material center and at the heart (center) of material understanding. It is worth noting that this is material understanding. and limited to the understanding of material things only. Even the material reality can not be fully understood. The greater degree of understanding is through its connectedness. It is only in consideration of the numbers and the number pairs beyond 7 that the construct of the connectedness is offered. Yet the truth of connectedness is the fact that all is sacred. When we can see the sacredness of all tings, all things are seen connected. Even the numbers have to be seen as sacred. 144 is represented as trinity which is at the very foundation of sacred meaning. Yet the center of the trinity is 4. Meaning what is reflected is still centered on a material construct. One, the first # is now paired with a pair of fours. Four being the center of material perfection doubled. this doubling introducing the significance of the number 8 with 1, and now totaling a completion as represented in 9 Eight is one movement beyond the numerical construct of 7. If we want to understand the foundation of a trinity we have to go back 125 positions to the number 19 ( as a side note stick these three numbers 1,2,5 in your thoughts, the importance of this trinity can not be understated and if realized you will spend years saying it can not be true because of how simple the construct for the greatest human advancement actually is.) For now no need to move beyond nineteen to glean a simple construct of understanding the whole. For 19 is a pairing of the numbers 1 and 9 which express a greater attrubute of meaning. One is in all the numbers 1-9 with none of these numbers being in one. Nine contains all numbers in the numbers to nine yet nine does not exist within the other numbers. 19 also expresses through its pairing a trinity ( 1,10,19) as well as representing the number set 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 which is the full set of numbers that make up completion beyond material definition. We just completed the twentieth century where we had the number nineteen in front of our faces everyday. the century prior to that was signified with the pairing of the numbers 1 and 8 yet by word the nineteenth century. even though we have moved beyond these very prominent 19's we are still being faced with what can seem to be a bombardment of 19 in relation to global understanding. Fluke or an indication that the numbers express an unbreakable standard affording unimaginable understanding. for those considering the sacredness of all things good luck disproving it. In my investigations set on disproving ultimate failure. yet my confirmation bias was that all is sacred. It turns out that what ever you seek you will find.

Can you please share, does the Dr. Robert Gilbert course teach HOW to actually program these energy centers, as in how to know which ones need to be activated for which specific purpose? This video shares the fact that this is what they did, but not how they did it. I really need to know! I have had a most difficult Kundalini awakening, what is called a "top-down" awakening, and have only been able to find one person who talks about this, how when the lower chakras are blocked by trauma or negative energy, the kundalini can't flow upwards the way it's supposed to. The absolute bliss of seeing/hearing/ feeling higher realms, knowing without any doubt that it exists because the upper 3 chakras blew open to be One with All, but not being able to embody it "here/now" has been torture... a 6 year long Dark Night of the Soul, no purpose, no desire for anything or anyone, only wanting the bliss of Union with All back again. I find peace in working to help others with addiction recovery, it's the only way I know how to give back, but it's miniscule in comparison to what i could acheive in this realm if I could be an embodied spirit. Any advice would be most appreciated.

I have no idea about the teachings of Dr. Gilbert, but you caught my attention, so I want to follow this intuition, I hope it's okay for you 🙃 I've experienced a lot, from age of 4 to 15 and then from 27 up to now (I'm becoming 47), where I started to explore consciously a lot of ways and different directions (like Kriya Yoga, Hamsa Yoga, Tantric Brahma Yoga, Rei-Ki, Angel-Ki, White Feather Shamanism, Acupuncture (Traditional Cinese Medicine), Homeopathy, Phytotherapy, Physiognomy, Humanistic Psychology and some more, partially over 2-years-long educations or long guided invitations... beside that I did a lot for my own, like several other Shamanic traditions (4-Winds, Huna, etc.), Hermeticism, Vedas, Kabbalah and what else... I'm also very into quantum science... By all this, I've experienced, that there's no ultimate truth carried by a special direction. The ultimate is the unspoken, the untaught, the one that falls into pieces if tried to caught or to be expressed. But it's whole in all of us and everything. I never had problems to connect to the higher realms, so to say. But since I left my homeland (which actually was another land until 1989/90), me, a child of the woods, now living in a big city for about 25 years, it's like I have a hard time with grounding... what was naturally there before. Yet, without that, lets say falling out of a state of constant balance, I would have maybe missed that awareness that evolved. Beside that, not everyone is the same. As some are very manifest and more doers than dreamer, there must be some more dreamers than doers. It's just a kind of analogy, because I've sometimes said, I'm maybe more with my head in the clouds, to express, that I could even feel all floating far above my crown chakra than standing with both feet on the ground. But that's not really true, because, I love walking barefoot, even here in the streets of the city when I'm in mood for it, I do it often when walking over green or explore the sand of a beach with my feet and toes... and I do feel connected, I feel a lot. So... I guess, what I want to leave here for you is - which can always only be just my own experiences or truths, I can't talk for anyone else - that there are many ways to be, to explore and even if I get no concrete picture of your challenge, there's something that let me stopped at you and writing all this. There's a slight sense as if you missed an essential point in all that happening to you, that there's something not true in some conclusions you have about this 🤷‍♀️ But I can't tell you what, I just can give you what comes out of me, touched by your words, by you. I am also not fully in "the now and here" and I know how it feels. But for me it's okay. I once decided, to be a bridge for others. I don't really want something for myself. I'm not here to overcome something or the need to learn who I really am before I can leave a cycle of incarnations or karma or such stuff. That has never felt true to me. And the Brahma Yogi (he never called himself a Guru, but he was a great one) said to me, maybe I'm a Bodhisattva, when sensing it that way, but honestly, even if I know, I don't rule other's truths, I feel same freedom in all I encounter. There's no must. Not in essence, not in truth. What I also can leave here is some observation, that match with other's stories, especially those who aren't very on a so called spiritual way, but very hearted and opened up to share. In the, I dunno, first years, first decade of the 21th century, there's been a lot of stuff of personal karma coming to surface to all people I talked with (like said, many of them wouldn't call it that way, because they aren't in such realms like spiritual or religious or however), thereafter it was like raising up anchestors stuff, so that one brought stuff to surface and his life, to be solved, that sticked since generations. Then it wasn't even just what was related to family or genetic/blood lines, but for others, inclusive their heritage, that dealed with similar themes. So in this time, to the end of it, your "6 years ago", falls... I don't know, if this might maybe help, to get another perspective and figuring out, for you 🤷‍♀️ Imagine you fall into this "dark night of the soul" and still try to work on it or on a coming out of it under an imprinted thought of it's just your own ballast or burden... I've never tried to find words for that, but it's like it went all step by step in more one-ness. So that some had challenges, related to their own, but mastering for others as well. At the other hand, you don't need to work or do everything for your own, the support out of the oneness became also more present. Since Corona, round about then, something changed again, that seems to affect everyone, yet it's very different and manifold presented, just like we all are. And lately, since somewhen last year I'd say, it's hard to describe, but it's like there's something like a final, at least a very intensive call... As if there's a decision needed and no one comes around it. Life is bringing the challenges right in. For "normal" people, that I know of, like my mom or some friends, it means, that stuff, procrastinated or ignored is either vanishing, when it was just there trained well-behaving and they do not longer care for such programmed sorrows... or... stuff that is good and supporting, but never done, happens with synchronistic help, just like from alone, for example surgeries or other health stuff, finally a stalker exposed... There's like a supported putting stops to several games, that were longer going, but can't be ignored or accepted any longer, anymore. That's what and how I would summarise what's happening lately. Maybe you do understand, because it's maybe the same energy quality that brought you here writing your request. Btw... that's the same or similar reason I am here 😅 As I've been so often in my life just in right spacetime, I don't want to say to help others, when if they said it like that, it's been always mutual, a gift for all involved. I could sit with sat in peace, but I've got same calling. I wouldn't call it achieving of an embodied spirit, because that's what I've in my ever been or done, but - I still have no words for it, writing to you helps with that, letting all just running through mind, isn't healthy and no my habit, that's why connecting, sharing is very important und helpful - but it's like new possibilities, new stages for living out that existence, that life-time here, are opening up, it's a kinda new level and ancient or hermetic or spiritual teachings might be helpful for those, who never heard, knew or experienced something more than the narrowed mechanical world view gave them, so that they get a transition... And universal laws or the source won't really change. Yet, there's always something new coming to and out of all of it. Like no day is fully another, no summer has fully been there before or thereafter. Imagine the one which already everything, all possibilities inclusive. Imagine it still can surprise itself. That's how I sense it. And btw. before coming across this Shiva-Shakti, it's been my sensing, this dancing, kissing love and no kiss is like the one before, each dance another. Always the same in essence, always new in at least one aspect. There's no end. All a breath... in and out... it's always another breath, never truly the same. That's the beauty. I needed to come back to say... First, be yourself and trust. Have faith in yourself and others and happenings. Not blindly, but somehow unconditional. Without out fear or constant being on the watch, without a thinking that something is not right or has to be figured out to reach perfection or solution... in my experience, it opens up so much unknown spaces and what I call "a holy room/space" I interaction with others and oneself. Beside that there evolves a very reliable sensing for real dangers or false directions. Second, is, as experienced "magic" several times... First, when I was a teenager, as I just to think of something and it manifested almost instantly, then later when the rain was kinda coming and going with my wishes (a witch once told me, yeah when you command it... but I never command or control, I just ask my brothers and sisters, kind of and I feel related to everything and everyone, from elements to spirits, so to say). But what I really want to put here, is my experience, that it's not good to do things or work magic (while what I call "the magic of life" is always present) from a state of "I am doing" it, when the meaning of I isn't in the oneness of all. That's working and for me it seems that the world is ruled by such kind of magic for very long. Egocentric, egoistic, not even a good intent is in that state really working for good or the well-being of all existence. Be careful. The more detailed something is, how wise ever it seems, the more dissipated and distorted it becomes, just naturally. Rituals of any kind, which means firstly to have a frame for working with energies, to focus, to use connections... aren't bad at all, but very soon or easily, when they become more of a forcing or just a habit, are a gate to more evil than for the original love and caring. It's a constant act of balancing, a tightrope walk. If you start to work on it in a special way, it's very powerful, but the backlash if you just for one moment let it be, is multiple and enormous. Be aware of that. That's my experience. Like when you too actively and not even selfishly, but self-related use the universal laws to play the game of life, the laws play you in account. When you open up for a greater oneness, you can play your individual part as well and with all possibilities and possible tools, but not forcing, just exploring, it seems to be different. I don't really know how to explain, because it can be this or that, independent of intention, while very often intention matters a lot. So, I hope you get it. I am not a teacher or a paragon. I love that saying: I don't walk before you, because I am not a leader, I don't walk behind you, because I don't want to follow. Let's walk side by side and be friends (kind like that). Look out and I hope you find right connections or tools that may help you no longer talking of the night of soul (while, btw., I once experienced darkness as like a little grain in mother soil, very much of support, caring, love and peace also in the dark realms, so it's northing bad or scary or destructive to me).

This is fascinating and I love that so many different groups of people acknowledge the layers of reality. In Nichiren Buddhism we have the 10 worlds. They go from hell to Buddhahood. But they are all contained within each other and we move between all of them constantly and we can attain Buddhahood in this lifetime. In order to ever move toward the tenth world, Buddhahood, we chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. It essentially means “I submit my life to the mystic law of cause and effect.” If you have perfect knowledge of the law of cause and effect you would have perfect awareness and peace and you would understand why everything has happened and does happen. @@heatherkasten1601 I started the process with out realizing it at first...in the past had taken some yoga classes and remembered about Breathing and stretching correctly. Kegel exercise as well as I imagined connecting to my Eternal Soulmate. Not to forget long rang exercises with legs and arms...as I imagine making love to my soulmate within... sharing the same body experience in and beyond belief euphoria! As I became more physically fit by doing this every morning with the Euphoria and exercises, I have noticed it helped me rid myself of sick negative energy. Especially when certain event's to bring me down occur that I couldn't handle before. Furthermore, I realized through faith in the self that consciousness is what it's all about...and what we do with it, especially to others that we impose it on. Moreover, there's no greater love or feeling when you find that someone you've been looking for eternally within! Someone that can never be taken from me!!!
