Emotions can hinder faith, especially when its emotions that divert you from the Truth. This can definitely attack your faith. I've experienced this so so much. Fear is the absence of faith etc.

I disagree with you. Emotions are human, but are they spiritual? For emotions are essential if kept in check. Don’t let them distract you from God where they will erode your faith. I know this. Look from God’s perspective the best to you can with faith first and let God deal with your emotions. I am in the midst of this now.

However, for those with the eyes to see and ears to hear, certain series and films do contain juxtaposed, subliminal symbolism of the LIGHT while mostly everything else contains quite the opposite!
