I used to think Rwanda invests a lot more than us in infrastructure, only to find out not that much, they make sure drainage and pavement done properly and above all they enforce laws on cleanliness and traffic. I don't understand why the gov't does not enforce laws in cities and town, pple just do what they want.

Same problem we have in Kenya but in Kenya there is a little better infrastructure maintenance.

What I hate about Uganda is the reddish material they use for streets Sadly no mastic asphalt surfacing which is 100% Waterproof material is used there? There are 122 co in india which do mastic Asphalting work you need to have Co ordination with them

The "reddish material" is dust from the unpaved and untarmacked surfaces
