i mean yeah esewa/ khalti does profit on this. but I'm sure this is due to nepali businesses not getting a business qr and instead asking people to send money on their personal qr. which makes it difficult for the gov to get taxes and keep track of the money flow. and honestly it doesn't affect the average user much if all the businesses use business qr (since we don't have to pay any extra charge from customer side in business qrs).

Bro! Your intention of making video seems fair. It's an serious issue that we have to pay fee on every transaction and we have to raise voice against it. But some of the things you've said here are misleading. Firstly, you've said that F1Soft controls major transaction volume, so its a threat. Can you explain why is that threat? All the transaction flows through our banking channel and the software that F1Soft builds is a layer on top of that banking channel. All the transactions are under NRB's control. You shouldn't threat people without doing proper research. Secondly, The transaction amount that we've to pay doesn't go to F1Soft, it goes to banks and our government (13% VAT). And the fee is set by the banks (not including 13% VAT). This doesn't mean that I am supporter of F1Soft or transaction fees. The thing I meant to say is, we have to ask the correct questions to correct entities and then only we can get correct answers. Hope you will correct your mistakes by doing more research. @@realshub69 That's not how the banking servers work sir. There are only certain API's exposed which these services/servers can use and they can't magically transfer our money 😆. So do some research dude. It's not only on Nepal that private companies build their services on top of existing banking systems. Some examples are: Paytm, Bharat Pay, Paypal, Stripe etc. Stripe processes trillions of dollars of transactions per year. Do you think it's an safety issue? But it's concerning for us though because F1Soft has monopoly in our market. So it can raise its cost which will be transfered to us. Also, sahakari was not under NRB. Yes I can get that most of the regulatory bodies in Nelal are questionable but I guess NRB is doing decent work monitoring banking system. All that being said, the issue you're raising is correct. Banks take ridiculous charges from us which is not fair.

You should've talked more about esewa customer service, mero mistakenly 1000 rs transfer huda i still havent gotten my money back and its been 1 month of me calling them and asking them about it. They keep saying it will be done under 48 to 24 hours but its been weeks😂😂. note :- tyo arko falsely transferred bhako account merai thiyo which did not have kyc verified as kyc verification isnt allowed in 2 account as per i know.
