Here in belgium we can’t modify ANYTHING on the engine or exhaust, and to replace parts even tho we can do it ourselved we HAVE TO get it done at the mechanic for like 200 euros per part

5:20 It is not forbidden to modify your car in Germany, but you have to have all parts registered and they also have to be checked to see whether it is safe for road traffic. You can drive very nice modified cars on the roads in Germany as long as everything is in order (and if your car is not road legal you also cannot drive on the nürburgring)

Belgium one is false,we useally modify golf GTI 's or some other sporty hatchback,or if u have abit more money get an M4 or an F82 M3,next install aftermarket bumpers or splitters and then install some simple wheels,then u get a performance intake,u have to lower it aswell and then lastly get a custom exhaust wich is very loud when the valves are open but just quiet enough when they're closed to pass the strict belgian inspection

In the UK we got a lot of ways to modify our cars Right, do I need to go link you to the Barry awards and the utter sheds that are nominated... EDIT: The Fiesta shade. To be fair having relatives that are at first car age, at least where they are it's mostly 106/306, Fiesta, or Saxo or if you can't afford one but are being given driving lessons, your parents Yaris, because of course it is. Or if you come into money somehow, it's a Golf for your first car in which case, yeah, GG, you can't modify that and get insurance Only thing you missed from the fiesta that I'm 99% sure Forza won't let you do is cram the boot full of sound equipment, massive subwoofer, big speakers, and then get some banging tunes pumped through that. If you aren't trying to demolish the local Tescos at 3am while doing donuts, you are not a true 17-18 year old Fiesta driver.

In switzerland you can do many modification, but it all needs to be tested and approved. So a turbo conversion on a newer car cost over 30k just to get approved. This leads to the grassroots car community being dead.
