And the old maps that didn't get that treatment are deleted. I mean, people found Numbani is just gone even from custom games, despite not being a 2CP map. 1:37 Don't worry, they've been hard at work "perfecting" the pew-pew noises. Now they sound different indoors than outdoors, which actually messes with your head since each character having a distinct weapon sounds makes it easier to say who's shooting at you. And Soldier just sounds like he's using a Nerf gun. 2:41 No, this is Overwartch 0.2. It actually subtracts things instead of adding them.

Genji is finally good again after only being meta a few short times before. Such a crime. I actually like the day cycle changes, it looks cool seeing the difference. All the maps are pretty stylish and unique, I’m not sure how a simple time of day change make them feel all the same. I have never had that issue with the sounds. I also actually really enjoy the new sounds. Nah they definitely made the game better. Between the new 5v5 layout and the balance changes the game feels much more enjoyable than before. Everyone I have talked with or seen online that played the first game or haven’t are all having a lot of fun with it. Most of the issues people have seem to stem from the incredibly stupid phone number requirement, the absolutely abysmal launch, and there not being enough new content to justify the 2 in the name.

@@jordanfriederichs8698 Genji was always good. He gets ult, gets nano and lands 4-5 kills. It's not a "day cycle" because the maps don't actually cycle through different times of day. They didn't make morning, noon, evening, night versions of maps, they just made them all afternoon now. And the lens flares... The only real good change in this new balance is that Mei doesn't freeze anymore. Tanks aren't really adjusted for the solo tanking. Hog is till a fat DPS, Doomfist tank was a total mistake, Zarya doesn't actually have four bubbles like the HUD would have you think and they're much worse to manage. Pretty much Rein got the best changes overall, but it's the kind of changes there was no reason to not give him in "OW1", and even then he still had to sacrifice shield HP. Of course the DPS mains like the changes cause now there's less of these "evil" shields and they run faster, but still complain you don't pick shield.
