Paris is so beautiful, but many people from Europe, dont like to go there much anymore because of strikes, riots and troubles there time to time, as well as thieves, pick pockets everywhere. I am in Belgium...but I have been to Paris only once. And I liked it. Paris is very expensive city for accommodation, hotels, clubbing etc. There are many very expensive designer shops! But also cheaper shops. Here in Belgium, I find shopping more expensive than in France. Even eating out in my Belgian town is expensive, they dont even give jug of water like in France. We have to buy bottled water.

I would suggest you to try authentic local dishes of the places wherever you visit instead of having Indian Food. The local food would be cheaper as well compared to Indian food there.
