This doesn't tell the true story. Hashtag United didn't start right from the bottom of the football pyramid. The best true story like this is obviously Dorking Wanderers. Started by Marc White and his mates in 1999 and starting right at the bottom. After 13 promotions, they now play in the 5th Tier (National League) and in their first season there they survived as one of only 2 semi-professional clubs. - With the founder (Marc White) still being the owner & manager

Based on hashtag united size, I would say 6 tier makes sense. There are some huge clubs in tier 5 that I just don't think they have the fan base or the backing to compete with.

They're in National League South/North, then will be promoted to the National League where they can finally play against teams from all over the country, the they become professional in League 2, League 1, The Championship then the Premier League.
