You’re right questing is fucking fast but some quests are incredibly long or have previous requirements, for new players it can be overwhelming because you may want to level agility and do the quests that give agility xp but one question requires two precious quests and one of those quests requires you to be able to kill a lvl 47, by the time you grind that you could have grinded the agility, I got to 30 agility in about 2 hours of just solid grinding, it’s not that bad

I always end up training anyway because i figure quest exp only takes you so far. Gonna be grinding that crap heavily by the mid levels either way. (Barring some big ones like waterfall quest, dragon slayer, fight arena, which I always do)

Lol I literally bookmarked this video a year ago for this reason, and just recently used it as a guide for early game account building and questing. Framed’s game-plan worked so well! I tweaked the order of quests near the end a bit and added some others (like fairy tale and ghosts ahoy and animal magnetism). And now I’m 75 combat with dragon gear and armor too lmao. It took me about 48 hours to do what Framed did in 24 hours, which was to be expected of course. I remember seeing your comment a year ago and thinking, hell yeah, ima do that too, so thanks! i had long been meaning to get back into osrs as someone who played back in 2007. The apple basket moneymaker still works like a charm. When that slowed down I did enchanting rings of recoil (fyi for anyone who wants to do this) to make some more gp while questing. One thing I did, and I can’t remember if Framed did this or not. But I asap made 1.2 mil and got 50 construction. Absolutely worth the investment for the altar and mounted glory and portal chamber.

Personally I think they waste a lot of time NOT getting fairy rings ASAP. I didn't see Lost City on their list of quests (literally one of the shortest quests in the game, takes 5 minutes with ring of recoil.) They already had to do Priest in Peril and Nature Spirit anyway. All they needed was Lost City and Fairytales 1 then unlock rings and boom. I got that goal done very quickly myself.

get some cheap stat pots like attack defense strength.... and go into varrock dungeons at level 40-50 stats and speed farm the red spiders.. I did that around 50 or 60 I think till 80+ combat stats... the sooner you can kill them the better.. they give outrageous amounts of xp for free players.. so you can get a account ready for members in a day easily.

I’ve now watched this video like three times. I learned a lot, thanks! I used this as a loose guide for building my new account, and doing so gave me a deep appreciation for how well you know this game. The order you did quests in was super optimal! Some additions/alterations I made, appended to the list of quests you did, included doing Lost City (for zanaris), Fairy Tale (for 17 farming levels and to get fairy rings), Ernest the chicken and Animal Magnetism (for Ava’s device, tip:get all the ectotokens you need for ghosts ahoy while doing animal magnetism), Ghosts Ahoy (for ectophial), Daddy’s Home (for 9 construction levels, I then made and spent 1.2 mil for 50 construction for altar and mounted glory and telly portals), and Enter the Abyss (for 9 runecrafting levels). It took me 48 hours to do what you did in 24, but it still felt so fast. This way I basically leveled almost every skill using quests. On a side note, I struggled a little with Monkey Madness cause it was my first time doing it, as a low level no less. Got caught in a death loop after breaking out of the jail in Ape Atoll and getting ko’d by a scorpion(?), so then every time I went to my gravestone I had to go through the archers, get captured, thrown in jail, etc. lmao (I had no idea that my stuff would go to “death”’s office, thought I was going to lose it all, so I was streSSEd). By the end of it I could speedrun that section of the quest so smoothly lol. Now I’m learning lms to get a rune pouch, and just generally exploring the game, especially the new stuff that didn’t exist back in 2007 like Zeah.

@@xMaticDualities pestle and mortar still works but isn't really worth it anymore. i just went straight from stronghold of security to fruit basket method, which still works, but the profit margin is much smaller so it takes longer. did fruit baskets up to 60k, which took probably like 30 or so minutes, then did green dhide tanning for 2 or so hours and im sitting at 800k, still level 3 with only druidic ritual complete. it still works, just not NEARLY as fast as it worked in this video.

You can DEFINITELY do all quests in 24hr. My first day, in fact my first 4 hrs playing my new acc, I did all quests in f2p except demon slayer, vampire slayer, dragon slayer, corsairs curse and prince ali rescue. I went to p2p and continued questing after that I was given a bond, so the next bout of questing was all p2p, and I waited until my membership expired to go back into f2p and finish up cause little point to. Anyway, you can do literally every f2p quest but dragon slayer in roughly 4 hrs, then start d slayer up to the point of Crandor Island sailing, skip past Elvarg and go through the hidden wall entrance, then leave and go combat train until you're at appropriate levels. (Depending on how comfortable you are with fighting Elvarg, that can be anywhere from 2 to 8 hours of training. ) whenever you're comfortable, return to Elvarg and kill him. Then you have another 12-18 hr left over to do whatever it is you want to do.

@@kacperkrawczuk3716 it would not be similar at all. he wouldnt of had the money to buy all the quest items, gear, etc. he wouldnt of had the best gear to train right away. nor be able to easy scape that prayer lvl.

So I used to play back in 05-09 era and haven't really played since. Tried RS3 about a year ago with my old account and hated it. Saw this vid and thought, what the hell, I'll do it. So I've now bought my membership and am gonna power level following your guide. Side note, I think the OSRS community saw your vid because the pestle and mortar price has drastically dropped since this vid came out, hahaha.

Tanning dhide is like my favorite "I'm broke i need money" moneymaker 😂😂 you can make like 1m a hour almost if you have enough hides and the prices are right

I hit combat 53 after roughly 24 hours of grinding in f2p. Genuine suffering listening to the Hill Giant sounds after hour 10.

I started RuneScape back in 2002 and I am shocked at how fast you can level up by cheesing the quests and combat to your advantage. I stopped playing back in 2007, but seeing this video makes me want to jump back in. Also, looks like Grand Exxchange pretty much inflated the value of gold pieces.
