Hi, I already explained this on the pinned comment that this was a mistake since I overlooked the situation and forgot to change the toppings from solid almonds to swift Chocolate since Icicle Yeti Cookie is Safeguarded like Snapdragon. Hope this clears things up. :)

Cotton and Pinecone do not have Frost or Ice Skill Abilities. Even though Pinecone Cookie has an ice element added on their skill, their skill still do not freeze or cast a frozen effect unlike these cookies in the video.
