Paragons are only really optimal in bosses because of their massive boss damage boosts. The biggest reason to use them in freeplay is the smoother gameplay, as this video also showed.

@@LeDoctorBonesif you have unlimited money paragons are still better in terms of damage/area of footprint, they just aren't as good at challenges like these

@@LeDoctorBones for space saving reasons paragons are better. the amount of space 22 ninjas take up is a lot more than a tsg and that doesn't account for support. It is stronger than all paragons but it may not be worth it.

Paragons are still great in freeplay. Especially ninja and boat. Boats hooks in two fbads and ninja makes bloons spawn with less hp

as someone who as made it past round 300 in chimps, your final strategy was almost optimal, however there were some things to be improved on. a lot of the towers that you got were pretty useless like spirit of the forest and ujug (i do know that you were trying to go for APM so i guess that and the crossbow masters can slide) but the biggest thing is get more ninjas. bloonjitsus only cost around 3k each under temple discount, and they do similar dps to a lot of tier 5s when they have 20 shinobi stacks. the last big tower that is a huge game changer is grand sabo, as it is almost crucial for slows and reducing bad hp. even though the goal was 300, with a million dollars and a perfect setup, probably round 350 or even late 300s is possible

Yeah, that Grand Sabo skip is honestly huge. My bad I might do a part 2 with better paragons. And I could make the non-paragon run better using this too

1. wdym "almost optimal". sorry HBomb but that really wasnt close to being optimal. closer than the paragon setups but still very far away. 2. I'd wager r400 is possible but I dont expect that from HBomb cuz you'd really need to know what you're doing with the setup. and no front, but HBomb simply doesnt have the freeplay experience to pull that off.

If you want to make the recording less blurry, increase the bitrate in your recording, and after editing, set the video resolution to 4K when exporting, and upload that to youtube. Even though technically there's no extra detail, because we'll be able to watch it in fake 4k, yt gives it more bitrate and so is less blurry Try it out!

Hey! Try a step up of this challenge, see how long you can last with the base Sandbox Mode health / money! I think it'd be cool to see how long 10 million heath can get you on its own, and then on top of that, 10 million dollars.

I tried farming pops for paragons and got degree 80 glaive dominus and apm. That left just enough money for ezili, ebergizer and bma. And that only got me to round 240. Maybe with super optimal money spending it would be possible to also get a grand sabo, and I don't have max monkey knowledge such as moabs spawning partially damaged or 4 apm shots every 4th shot, but i really doubt all of that could get past 260. And that's basically the only good 2-paragon combo(except maybe if you use a degree 1 navarch or ninja paragon, which probably only leaves room for a degree 60 apm or something). So paragons really do seem out of the question. Which is kind of unfortunate. But whatever. Sentry champion is really broken when you godboost it because the buffs apply both to the turrets and the speed at which they are placed. Also grand sabo is very good. Is supermines worth it?

I'm not sure how much of a difference it could make, but why not try it with first farming as many pops as possible before paragoning? Might squeeze an extra round or two through, idk.

I debated grinding pops on them, but I didn't think I could fairly optimize each strat for that, and starting on round 1 instead of 100 would've been better, taking much more time. But now that I know this video turned out cool (imo), I could make a sequel where I do farm pops

This is real proof that NK don't really care about balance. At all. All the buffs and nerfs, honestly, mostly nerfs. But just look at the TSG and VTSG. They're waaay more expensive than most paragons, more complicated and harder to deal with and yet, they are several times weaker than the weakest, cheapest paragons. It's no doubt an absolute failure. And paragons have been around for ever now. And they still don't give a flying shit (funny because of monkey throwing it) bout it.

bro what are you waffling about? VTSG is far far stronger than any degree 100 paragon. because well... buffs... a max buffed VTSG can easily reach the lower 300s.

TSG just does not function at low budget what are you yapping about,if we have 2M budget the result would be way different VTSG has the highest cap in the game, it's just not cost efficient until a certain budget
