Power from cash is difficult to know but easy to understand. The cash you need for 1 power can be calculated like this: (Paragon Price/20000) for money spend on sacrificed towers, (Paragon Price*1.05/20000) for money injected. If we take the Apex Plasma master on medium this would result in 150k*1.05/20000=7.875 cash per 1 power injected. Multiply this by the 2000 power a totem given and you get 15750 which would be cheaper than a power totem (26000) Goliath Doomship: 900k*1.05/20000=47.25 cash injected per 1 power 47.25*2000=94500. In this case the Paragon Power Totem would be more efficient. This was calculated on medium difficulty pricing. Hope this helps :) Edit: I did some calculations and paragon totems are always better unless it's for the apex plasma master

Some advice for the gym - if you are feeling overwhelmed, just go one fewer days and see how that feels. I only lift weights 2 days a week and I've never been more healthy. Sure, I've been stronger but that had nothing to do with health. I also recommend the elliptical for cardio since it's the safest way to exercises the heart. Make sure to work on strength in a stretched position and your joints.

from what i know about the paragon power, the direct cash part is based on the cost of the original upgrade, up to 4x the original cost, so its less worthwhile on more expensive paragons and the geraldo totems are a fixed cost to point ratio on all paragons so geraldo totems are more worthwhile the more expensive the paragon is idk the exact numbers maye ill check

Some basic advice for gym: 1. Use push, pull, leg day structure. 2. Do 4 sets of 12 reps. 3. Go for between 1-2 hours , 3 or 4 times a week. 4. Lots of protein (1g per 1lb of bw) 5. People are happy to help if you need help.

Alright here simple way to explain the sacrifice for paragon if u just wanted like a degree 100 paragon it will cost power and power is based on this thing Pop very important actually(minimum 16.5 million pop I think u know this already) The sacrifice (tower) it worth 3 more than the slide (give it at least 250k worth of sacrifice and yet again u already know that) And the tier usually cap at 100 tiers (based tower don't count as tier sadly And the paragon totem give 2000 powers yes if u somehow place 100 of them u may just get a degree 100 paragon
