the thing is he actually cared about Violetpaw when you think about it, be probably thought of her as a daughter figure at first because he knows what it's like to be abandoned so if you look back in the book you can find evidence of this and when he was betrayed by her I guess he felt hurt, so he tried to be a father towards her when he found out he was betrayed he felt all of his emotions and decided to try to kill her but then needletail stood up

LPS funtv I think that he did relate to her and see her as a daughter, but he wasn't a good father. He was still manipulative and cruel, making her walk on metaphorical eggshells in her own home, so I don't know whether he was genuinely fond of her or just used their link as abandoned children to make her more loyal to him.

Darktail didn't get that many rogues on his side by being nasty, my personal headcannon is that he wanted to prove that he was justified in his anger by replicating his own backstory in others. it's a common idea among a lot of other "tragic" villans

To be completely honest, everyone absolutely HATED Onestar, and now since he got killed by Darktail, Darktail then drowning after him, everyone now likes or even loves Onestar, in my eyes I always saw Onestar as a respectful leader. On the Darktail subject though, I sometimes think if he wasn't manipulated by his mother then he might've turned out like Onestar, maybe pushing it Bluestar or Tallstar.

He wouldn't be out to destroy the Clans but I think he would be out to rule them, and whilst I don't think he would've murdered Onestar to become leader (like Brokenstar did to Raggedstar) I think he definitely would've liked to be deputy. In the contrary I liked her a lot but felt that she died too early with a lot of unresolved setup. I understand why people wouldn't like her a lot of her characterization is somewhat in passing and can be easily missed as well as her never really ending up as much of a good person. It should be kept in mind that in she spends most of the series as a rather lonely teenager

This map is wow just plain and simply wow it's so beautiful and well drawn and animated I love how you can really see the character in Darktail in this how he became hateful because of his father and how is so taken by anger and fueled all those years by pure hatred that he even dies to get his victory and how onestar is heart broken that his son had become such a monster that when there battle happens he does everything to stop what he had created and yet Onestar made a mistake he could never fix the destruction of his own son. But was it really worth it after all that suffering , years of hatred and loneliness that Darktail endured just to die for him to finally do something which wouldn't change a thing he had done or what Onestar did to him? It's good to remember that hatred and despair get you know where in life and if you think your violent solution will solve your problems then your wrong because it's just builds upon the mask your creating to block your true self and too much of that will destroy who really are ,like what happened Darktail

I do too! One star was a player and left smoke and his kits to die just because it would ruin his reputation. WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO HIM? HIS REPUTATION OR HIS PREGNANT WIFE WHO’S READY TO HAVE KITS? Ooohh!! So good! The music and beat is intense, the song also explains how he goes out to battle and how his life story was. And everyone did like AHHH so good! I never had high expectations for this map. I thought that the animators would find struggle with the fast and intense music, and the hardness of just trying to find a good scene for each part. But I was wrong. They matched the scenes perfectly with the intense scenes, like onestars death. None of these awesome animators disappointed me! This is my favourite map so far.
