Tbh she’s a good CEO. The way she talks doesn’t sounds rude since it’s their job and they didn’t do it well. She making sure they knew it. This’s what I see from this video, if irl she’s a person who suddenly raise her voice and scold them without reason then I take back my words.

Yep, they that certain standard for measurements. And I've always seen in shows, and how some k idols and celebrities say that the smaller your head, the better,like small faces too. I didn't even know before BIG HEADS were actually a thing 😅

yahjumma Channel I remember how a group of foreign Kpop idols (like Amber from f(x) and Henry from Super Junior M) talked about their culture shock experiences in Korea. One of them included the sizes of heads. They thought it was strange how having a small head in Korea is good because usually it’s the other way around (big head = big brains = wicked smart).

It’s the ratio problem just like people with longer legs in same height considered as having a better figure. Not sure if it is a global thing, but at least it’s like a common sense in East Asian culture.

TBH even I kind of understand, but seeing how often the audition is, they really need more staff if want to meet the director's expectation. It's hard if your job was so tedious but the expectation were too high like that. The real question is, did they really talk about this? But then again, I don't know how the real thing is since the thing is only at the screen with so much editing.

A CEO is supposed to be bossy, it's their job. It's how they make their employees work harder. You won't find a nice CEO (during work) anywhere. Life isn't a movie, if you don't like how they are mean or bossy don't work for one. Not trying to sound rude, just it made me angry how upset some people were when people were just doing their jobs.

Couldn't agree with you more. People need to get over these little things and accept that in the real world things work differently. Everyone goes through this and it should not be taken against the CEO if she points out things that OUGHT to be better and changed, after all it is an employee's job to make sure everything is exactly the way it should be. Just my opinion.

Jimin for example just made a 'whoops' face every time she was scolded, there was not a single thing she did that was commendable. She couldn't even check if the shoes were okay before sending them out, and that's the least she could have done considering the staff didn't prepare shoes themselves. Itsmyles how tall are you? If you are at least 5”4 you can become a short model. Not many people know this due to the spotlight really focusing on y’all models. But if you are at least that height definitely look for auditions. If that’s what you really want to do.👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Best of luck!

@@_piklefarkles971 Hey, don't sweat it. I'm sure someone will open a door for shorter girls to model. I model and I'm on 5"3. Heels work wonders. There will always be chances to model you just have to be the one to let people know that your an option and a great one at that. It's hard but it pays off I got chosen to model in a runway show twice over girls 5"10 & 6"0. So, never give up that dream if that's really what you want.

Fashion major here! Shows always show very skinny and relatively flat women not really because it’s what the general public wants to look like themselves. Runway clothes all have to be made in a sample size. You can’t expect to have an item be tailored for a model if there’s a chance the model might not show. After the show, sizes and parameters change to match sellable sizing. Sample sizing is the same everywhere, which is why you always see the same tall and skinny models on the runway.

At first when I watched her, I was a bit neutral. I then thought she could be a bit too harsh. Then when I saw the episode with Miss. Gee, the fashion designer, I kind of felt a mix of pity and sympathy. Pity because I could see the gap, the difference between her and miss gee vs miss gee and the model, jang yoon ju. It felt like Miss Gee and Jang Yoon Ju were part of a different world than the CEO, and to me it looked like the CEO has been trying her absolute best at her job to reach that level of closeness and relationship Miss Gee and Jang Yoon Ju has. I now have respect for her. What she does is not easy, really not easy. I do hope though she is a bit more considerate like having a good on and off switch. when eating - lets not talk about work. when working - lets talk about work. it gives people time to breathe. But other than, she does good work and I hope she doesn't need to feel so small near Miss Gee. I'm not saying Miss Gee is a nobody, I just hope the CEO lady is more confident.

I think it's pretty well justified, because those clothes are from a high end designer that I assume uses expensive materials and lots of craftsmanship to make. Using different hangers, esp those with odd shapes can change the shapes, stretch and make slight disfigures to these clothes.

In my experience, sometimes the ceo or any boss tells the employees to do something, because it's a part of the system. However, within the department, people who are actually working there will develop their own methods of doing things, because they do it every day. However, the CEO often wants the system to be respected, rather than letting the employees improvise entirely themselves how to run things better within their own departments. So it's understandable from both sides. For example, I agree with the CEO about the hangers, and how they should look consistent. And how they should take extra care to prepare flats if the clothing line has sandals to mimic how the models with walk with the actual clothing line. However, with the stage setting, it's understandable as to why they don't put a blue cloth to mimic the stage. Because it seems like since there's always last minute changes, like when they changed Ms. Gee's stage. Then it would be pointless to make it so that the audition area mimics the actual stage, if it's going to change either way. So it's a healthy balance. Things won't always be perfect. But that's why the CEO is there to push people to perform their best.
