To be honest, I've never had the slightest interest in this franchise, but seeing the technical expertise and skills that have been put into making this film (rather than cgi) I'm inclined to think that I may well watch it after all, as I appreciate skill. I find the technical aspects of the film to be far more interesting than the plot or the film, and that magnetised washing machines scene was certainly enough to get me to see the complete film.
