I have a 4 year old maxx still running original motor esc and steering servo recently I bought a brand new Kraton 4s model my 4 year old maxx puts that kraton to shame it's so much faster I will admit the brand new kraton handles better but then again my maxx 's suspension is 4 years old I wish I bought another maxx kraton 4s worst decision made for an rc

I have been whipping on my Typhon V2 3s from a few years ago and is probably my favorite RC of all time. This one looks to be about as good but it's no faster (maybe a few mph slower?) and looks are very similar. Did they say if this has a center diff? In any case, I'm in no hurry to replace my original.

Traxxas who ? A lil constructive you know what but , for visual & sound effects & frequency range test on the tx , the speed run distances should have to be twice as long , full pull so motor winds out completely and we can hear it going by. Another thing lol what's so new about this Typhon , 3s & in the 50's the old one has already done. Like Arrmas , easier to work on than competitors , modular system, easier to wrench & no preschool kids on Acid doodling paint schemes.

I think the Traxxas paint scheme is more like a 🦄 projectile vomited a 🌈 tribal tattoo on the truck. But please note: removal of the slipper clutch is the thing that I most wanted from my 3s Granite. It's the main reason I put it on my shelf, where it will be repaired one final time before eBay.

Also it has all steel pivot balls in the steering and arm joints, upgraded from plastic. And it has a steel diff out drive pinion in front and rear where they used to be plastic. Those were huge weak points that I definitely broke within 6 months.

Nice big buggy. 50 + turned to 40 + maybe it does need a pinion change. If so needs a speed retest. So Abby what is that color aqua or marine something or other 🤔🥴 only the Abby knows, maybe Nate 🤔🤭🤭. Honestly it's to big not to hit 50+ so pinion change.⚓️⚓️👍💚🧡💛👍🤔🥴🤔🤭👍⚓️⚓️.
