I was fortunate to flag both the RSR 17 with the rear exhaust and the RSR 19/20 with the side exit exhausts. Still to this day the most ear piercing noise I have ever heard out of a GT car.

The history of GT racing clearly shows that manufacturers are exhausted when it comes to works "wars". It would be interesting to hold an all-star race once a year at circuits around the world using the GT3 Unlimited as a "festival".

​​@@gmasterdaone Late 90s GT1 was basically what LMH/GTP is now (full prototypes even if they were required to have a road version). If those cars would go up against modern GT3's the GT3 is going to get utterly crushed. Early 2000s GT1 (which were actual GTs once more) vs. 2020s GT3 would be a much more interesting matchup.

I know this is very off topic, but if there's a car y'all probably never heard of, it's the Honda NSX Super GT race car (you probably have seen it in Gran Turismo and early Forza Motorsport games), powered by a V6 that revs way beyond 9000rpm. The sound of that thing is diabolical, even the engine sound of the 2009 spec of the car reminds me of the Porsche 911 RSR GTE from 2017-2018.
