Sept 1, 2023-- 21 days ago I heard this message and declared a fast right away, wothout prior plans. Yesterday I completed the 21 days and I feel better than I've ever felt. I even lost 9lbs. It goes to show that with God, we can do anything. Today this video popped back up. No you don't far for 30 days, you basically flip your days upside down. You fast during the day until sunset and then you spend all night eating. That's not the same.

Ramadan fasting is NOT fasting because at sunset you can eat whatever you want until dawn. You are not forbidden any different types of food. Christian fasting is much harder, Christians fast multiple times over the year, and you have to avoid meat, dairy and eggs. Try to cook three meals a day without using meat, dairy or eggs. That is really hard.

Bible is very similar to the Quran teachings about fasting. I’m a muslim and fast 30 days every year as instructed by God in the holy Quran, its a means to get closer to God and achieve spritual and physical benefits and appreciate our blessings. Its also recommened for us to fast every monday and thursdays 💗🙏🏻
