I have never tried this software on other brands , but I tell you another software which works on almost every brand

@@EASYPLCTRAINING ohh great thank you for replying and i will be waiting for that software name, by the way I am using TIA portal v 15.1, it offers me a in built application called S7-PCT which not only detect Siemens ethernet IP addresses but let me change to any IP using MAC address.
