how five port four way air air valve works

Here is newest version of five port four way air-to-air operated pneumatic valve. The old version did not have a narration, I added that and did some improvements in the animation.

What are some manufactures who makes this type of product ? Im just having a hard time finding anything isent fully hydraulic. Looking for high pressure pneumatic style

4-way valve

Both valves have spools... As stated (and shown), the 4-way valve has a spool that is air-assisted on both ends. The 3-way valve has a spool the is moved mechanically one way (by pushing in the plunger). It is moved back mechanically by a spring when the plunger is let out.

LINES GOING FROM PILOT OPERATED VALVE OUTLET PORT TO CYLINDER PORT SHOULD BE SHOWN LARGE. LINE GOING FROM TANK TO PILOT OPERATED VALVE INLET SHOULD TO SHOWN LARGE. LINES GOING TO AND FROM MANUAL PUSH VALVE SHOULD BE SHOWN SMALL. SO THAT VIEWER WILL UNDERSTAND WHY PILOT OPERATED VALVE IS USED.
