Well done for speaking out mate, I'm someone who battled with it for years and attempted suicide back in 2020. It does get better, once you open up and talk. Thank you for bringing it to light and getting more lads to hopefully talk so they don't get to a point where they take their lives. Feel free to reach out if you ever want to travel to a game or just talk mate.

Respect to anyone who is strong enough to speak out and open up in this way. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for over a decade now but I’ve gotten better at opening up and I make sure to check in on my friends as they have always done me. I had to stop playing football after I nearly passed away from a severe bowel inflammation that resulted in a Crohn’s diagnosis, an ileostomy bag and arthiritis of the joints. It’s been a huge adjustment and a change in life style but I’m just glad to still be here. It’s okay to talk lads, you’ll feel better for it. Only just started watching you lad but I respect you a lot for this and I’m loving the content. Respect son ❤️

Powerful video Well done to get it out. Football and football support is about belonging, acceptance, friendship and camaraderie. A brilliant example is Davo and his Birmingham city vlogs! I am a mental health nurse, my suggestion is to write to the club re the vlogging? My club Carlisle United have been amazing for mental health issues They’ve had a mental health group since 2006! We actually went to a mental health World Cup in 2007! I know loads of people not in formal mental health services who derive emotional stability and a sense of belonging through supportive relationships with others. Good for you and well done! Keep on! All the best

Can relate to this a lot mate. Didn’t realise at the time but Covid changed my life completely. Not going to watch Everton every week and being stuck inside, I got very bad anxiety that I still deal with now. Struggled in school and haven’t been back since. My mum has Alzheimers so even though she is a lot older than your dad I am fully aware of what a cruel disease it is for everyone concerned. You will have good days and some bad ones but keep remembering mate, that it ALWAYS will get better. You are a shining example of someone who is doing their very best and nobody can expect more than that. Your parents must be incredibly proud of you mate and I hope that whoever is making bad decisions about bloggers at the MKM wakes up to the fact that rules are there to be broken and exceptions have to be made. I will make a point of coming to say hello again at the next home game. Keep up the good work lad.PS Mum, you are a Trojan.

I cannot see the owner of Hull city, letting your VLOGS be stopped, over thinking things is what a lot of us do, one step at a time, and your really well loved by so many fans from so many clubs. It’s difficult to say the right things, as you rightly say mental health is a big thing. But from a reasonably well informed and educated guy some say ? Winston Churchilll “when going through hell, keep going” 😉 he suffered from depression etc , he called it his “ black dog” You and your friends and family give so much to everyone who watches these…. Well done, you’re not alone….. and Jonny Roe said it to you … keep the faith, great VLOG thank you from Norwich 😉🤗👍
