Very interesting to watch these! I have venous sinus stenosis and have had two stents placed in areas (transverse) after attempts were made to get the wire through the worst narrowed spot failed in the first procedure (there were two); a few months later, an attempt was made to place a stent by pushing it through the existing stent, kind of like in a telescopic manner to extend the first stent, as the vein showed extended stenosis right beside the stent, but that attempt was abandoned due to the radiologist’s inability to maneuver it through the stent. He said it was too narrow so he opted for plan b: he placed it in another vein with stenosis. After that second stent was placed, a pressure reading couldn’t be taken because he couldn’t get the wire through due to the stent being so narrow. Contrast dye was pushed through to confirm it was open. The first stent repaired my damaged optic nerves and restored most of my vision but not completely, and symptoms are now creeping back in. When there’s this much difficulty navigating through a vein with stenosis but the vein must be stented, what can be done? Seems like there is a solution, like smaller gauge wires and stents?

I don't realize any tips or trick in your video and I think that you could go microwire through stent due to lucky.
