As a Fortnite player here in Indonesia, and experiencing the ban from the government, I can explain what the law actually means. So, Kominfo (the section of the government who was responsible for the ban) actually created a new law where tech companies had to sign up for a list of supervised companies or they will get banned (aka PSE, which stands for Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik in Indonesian, or Cyber Organizer in English). Companies have been warned about this, but some companies just ignore it and that is why they are banned. Thank you to the Top5Gaming Team for noticing and spreading this news, since this could help Epic reverse the ban in Indonesia. I also really miss Fortnite and I don't want to miss out on new things Fortnite will have in the future. Thank you. I think people forget. Chapter 2 Season 5 Sand tunnelling was removed most of the season because of the exploit where you would get under the map in a spot. Completely crashing the server, meaning you couldn't move, so they won because people left or storm. I only remember this because I was confused about what happened.

I feel bad that Samus was banned. They could have simply let it be exclusive to switch. Yeah I know that some people would be mad that they missed it, but it would be either that or just never get the chance to use the skin.

But if they let Nintendo have their way and make it exclusive, people would get mad AND it would severely decrease sales. It's probably not worth it in Epic's eyes. I know you'd say something like "Better have something than nothing at all" but I think Epic was thinking more along the lines of "Better have nothing now so that I can get it all later on", maybe eventually they'll be able to convince Nintendo to make it not exclusive. Plus, if they let Nintendo have their way, next thing you know, the other collabs will want to try to be exclusive too because if Nintendo gets to do it, why can't they?

Jsyk Epic did sue creative destruction when it was fortcraft, because it had way too many similarities including building materials and stuff, which led to Fortcraft shutting down, then they sold the game to netease and netease had to tweak a little things from the original game like the building materials and farming method so epic really couldn’t sue them. In the end creative destruction shut down their server in May after 17 seasons. But great video T5G
