Yeah I wasn’t expecting that. Especially since this was out in 2009 and wouldn’t of been as accepted as it is now. Kentaro was 10 years ahead of everyone for sure with things in his game.

The bonfires are something that I remember from this game even though the last time I saw it was probably over 10 years ago. This was one of those games I'd always see randomly in my life but never got to get a real look into it until now. Good work 👍

@@CQCorruptionQuest You're doing a very noble job sharing your thoughts and giving voice to what these games mean as a gaming experience such as yours; more people should check these kind of games too, as they are very unique experiences that particulary use what the videogame medium can offer to tell an interesting story (on a different way than most of the common discourse of gaming tends to validate as canon or of cult value or indie for what is worth). Also, i do enjoy your videos 👍

Yeah I agree 100% Even if this wasn't a perfect game the fact it tells the story the way it does and uses the wiimote in ways where you can only experince this by owning a wii because it would lose out if you didn't is quite unique. It's another reason why the tedium I was able to deal with because of how interesting the game was at times and again man I appreicate the support. I'm glad this was the last video for 61 days of spook.

@@CQCorruptionQuest Very peculiar as a Wii game indeed. Sorry for the tedium you often seem to go on some on your reviews, but is not so apparent because of your nice narration. The OST is quite good too; for me, the OST of a game is what holds it together from beginning to end as an 'aesthetic experience'. Gotta check yet some of the rest of your videos too, so congratulations again on your nice work.

Oh yeah the ost is really what made me fall in love with the game and why I saved using any of the songs till the very end. As for the tedium of some of the games that's just what happens with double A titles as they're always not going to be as well polished. Luckily most are always worth pushing through to the end.
