I feel a bit sorry about my gen - Gen X. We had kids idolizing American culture more than Indian culture. Our Hindu culture was often considered uncool! If you spoke in English, you were cool, kids used to be starry eyed about US UK and Europe, and literally used to devalue anything Indian! Now I see a whole new perspective in Gen Z, they are proud to embrace Indian values, they are proud to belong to India, Indian language and culture, at the samw time they are not blind to the limitations of modern India.

GenX made and set the stage for next two generation. In other words, each generation sets the platform on which the following generations transforms on. The social media platform was developed and staged by GenX and GenZ is using that platform to transform the culture - back to traditional culture of India. This is all progressive but still cyclical.

I'm 23 and is started my Journey with yoga and then I tack diksha by sadhguru 2020 January sambhvimhamudra then 2023 January I learn how do vipassana and in November I did 2nd 10days vipassana sivir.
