@@NoName-jq7tj Three reasons. 1. The letter was not for review by a Judge. The letter was sent to the President and as such, was out of court and after the sentencing. Simply put, it couldn't have been made available to the Judge during the proceedings. 2. I have read the judgement by the court. The Judges provided their reasoning for imposing death sentence. They didn't seem to be very fond of Sukha-Jinda and was certainly not impressed by them. It is unlikely that any of the Judges presiding over the matter held them in high regard at any point. 3. This story cannot be verified independently. There is no record of a Judge saying what has been said in the comment. Had it been true, there would have been independently verifiable accounts of the Judge's anecdote. So yeah, I would rather say, prove it to me that the Judge who sentenced Jinda-Sukha to death hung their pictures in his house. The burden is on those who believe this ridiculous story.
