Ghanaian men are raised to respect and protect the women and the women are raised to respect and treat the men like KINGS. ❤❤❤❤

Hello buddy, the discipline you observe in our men is not just from their parents, but also from mature neighbour and again our boarding school settings Believe me or not ,when you're talking to your seniors in our boarding school, you rest your hands at your back this indicates sign of respect. I left secondary school some 44 years ago ,yet when ever I bumped into my seniors from school ,at old school event,I still rendered my respect to my seniors. This is the character traits of an average Ghanaian.

In Akan culture, the woman is the fulcrum on which the whole society revolves around. The Akan is the majority ethnic group in ghana, which is why the respect for the woman is ghanaian culture.

Look, in Ghana the up bringing of children is not only the problem of parents alone. Even in the community when you misbehave an elderly person can discipline you. Later on he or she will inform your parents what you did and your parents will thank him very much for his concern. It's parents, community and school affair.

🇬🇭🇬🇭 Our Ghanaian indoctrinations are like a military training and you have to obey parents and outsiders and even anyone older than you in your environment so we grow with it and it becomes a chain of command and it's a disgrace to do something bad which wiould be linked to your family and no family member wants that 🇬🇭🇬🇭

Some of us have more women in our family than Men, My mother has no brother, only sisters, that means I have no Uncle, but we're all fine, I was sometimes with my Dad, and other times with Mom because mt parents seperated earlier, but as someone said here, In Ghana we all raise each other's children

I don’t understand some of Nigerian people who saying Mahama is Nigerian because his step mother is Nigerian. Mahama is not born in Nigerian no. If ur mom is American that doesn’t mean you are American. Nigerians please stop forcing urself on Ghanaian. Ghanaian who give birth in Nigerian, Nigerians don’t expect those kids are Nigerian. Ghana land belongs to Ghanaians not the president.

Don’t you think 🤔 it will be right for you to go those channels and lament? I did not talk about the topic you are commenting based on. You may look foolish that way. Keep your comment according to the video.

Abu, You're on point, thanks for that perfect explanation Ghana is not for the President for Nigerians to come and claim it, now they've heard that Mahama's Stepmother is a Nigerian. I want to be fair though to our sister here. . I have not heard her say that the incoming President's mother is a Nigerian. I heard it from another Nigerian girl, thanks

I think it is due to our traditional rulers. There is the king/Chief and his mother or sister the queen. They all sit in state with equal and balanced dignity. So imagine you hurt a girl and reports you to the Queen mother/sister that will be trouble for the man. So that's where the balance is derived from
