Asha you are an angel. I don’t usually watch the videos but I listen to the podcast versions on my way to work. I came to this video to comment because I knew people were gonna come for you. You are speaking facts. The truth that’s found in His Word and the truth that is not to be reconstructed and molded to accommodate our “feelings” to justify our behaviors. You literally said all sin is equal in the eyes of the Lord. I see no judgment here. It’s awesome that you have this platform to share such powerful testimonies of women who have been delivered and saved. Because the world NEEDs this. Keeping fulfilling God purpose for you girl and spreading the good news. You both are wonderful and I can’t wait for part 3.🤍

Omgosh thank you soooooo much it’s also clear that you watched the episode. I was truly saying ALL sin was equal because it’s true! I was actually saying that bc I know people usually crucify homosexual people, and I wasn’t trying todo that but people are triggered at the topic. Mind you it’s not even my story! Thank you so much 🥰

The title is throwing me for a loop. You can’t be “saved” from a sexuality.
@amzztv04
@amzztv04 29 күн бұрын
Homosexuality is apart of sexual immorality, which is anything that is sexual deviant away from God and his initial intent and design on sexuality (pornography, masturbation, adultery, SA etc). So yes God can saved one and deliver one from the spirit of homosexuality, however it is not always a physical deliverance. It's most spiritual, allowing self control or self sacrifice!

At the end of the day all that matters is that you have a good heart and live your life being kind to others!! Doesn’t matter who you LOVE. I’m incredibly disappointed in this video, as a Christian you should be helping people that are actually in need of your help and not judge them!

While I think it’s okay for people to share their own personal experience. As someone whose family members have personally treated their daughter(me) poorly due to this kind of rhetoric it really does hurt my heart. While I believe God loves me and I have my own relationship with God and I have for a very long time I remember the times of depression, I remember the nights crying because people around me didn’t accept how I felt about women despite also loving God. The belief that you can be “saved from homosexuality” further alienates and isolated LGBT individuals from the church, from God, and from communities of Christians who preach to love the sinner and hate the sin and lie to their children. They say they love them and respect them but the truth is they tolerate their sons and their daughters because that’s what the Bible tells them to do. There’s truly no hate like Christian love. What about the kids who go to conversion camps why couldn’t they be saved? The ones who are baptized and grow up in the church reading their bibles the ones who couldn’t watch Harry Potter and followed the Bible down to its core but still struggle with feelings despite being married to the opposite gender. Those people are still attracted to the same gender despite being in a relationship with those people. The most shame, disdain, hate, and disgust I experienced was never from God. It was from the people who believed in him.

I really am sorry to hear about you having such a negative experience and I will be honest there are plenty of “Christians“ out there that do push a lot of hatred in their rhetoric and I think that it’s very difficult to find the balance with such a hot topic like this where people just see the word and immediately get offended, and at the end of the day speaking biblical truth will never change and that goes for me as well as anyone else and I have purposely mentioned in the podcast for people that watched it in its entirety that people often feel that because they don’t battle with homosexuality that they are better than and that’s not true because even being a heterosexual woman or person, if you are fornicating again, according to biblical standards that is the exact same, and I also mentioned that all sin is equal so I was specifically pointing that out being that I know that there are people out there that tend to put a microscope and highlight homosexuality because it’s easy for them to identify that they don’t battle with that. There are standards that we must it here too, as with any belief system, and everyone has choice power and can simply believe whatever it is that they want to believe, but I am following what I believe to be true, which is biblical principles and my friend is simply sharing her experience so I do again want to thank you for Sharing this comment in love because I welcome very respectful discourse and I feel like you did such a wonderful job of doing that because truly I don’t have any hatred in my heart and I don’t think that it’s right that you were mistreated in any capacity for your orientation or anything. I think it’s best to hear these testimonies from people who actually have battled with those things which is why I never directly spoke about the homosexual experience myself simply because it’s not something that I battle with and one other person that I think is amazing to follow is Jackie Hill Perry, who wrote the book, gay girl good God. She is a great example amongst many other people that have shown that it is in fact possible and she speaks a lot of biblical theological truth in an amazing and palatable way🤍

The Divine, All the Gods and Goddesses, Hashem are indeed great but brain dead, brainwashed traditionalist and Fundamentalist Christians can never ever rub two brain cells together to quite fathom that. That Divinity comes in all shapes and sizes and the fact that Divinity speaks to all people's in all conditions and all situations isn't something they will ever get. To them God is allowed to speak unless it's in their fooking bible! If you think the Bible's holy then you seriously need your head tested! But I do wish you the best in life and hope you continue to succeed.

@AshaChristinaFoster Ай бұрын
Evan, I think you are a wonderful amazing person! I did when we met and I STILL do right now. I have ZERO hatred or dislike for your community. I understand that that may sound odd, considering the messaging in the video, but the truth of the matter is based on biblical principle, that’s what I stand on and live by, but by no means does this affect how I treat those around me because I sincerely do not believe that I am better than anyone based on orientation or based on the things that they do in their life because that is simply, not what the Bible stands for. I don’t believe anyone should mistreat Anyone at all! I have actually always been a Christian my entire life, so believe it or not when we met this was still my belief system so you expressing this to me just is confirmation for me personally that it is important for others to feel comfortable around me despite what our views are on certain things! So that’s speaks volumes. Again, I do base my life on biblical principles and I don’t want to compare and contrast and I don’t want to be insensitive or do a disservice in comparing apples and oranges, but this episode is my friend’s experience and rooted in biblical principle. But again, I do NOT think differently of who you are as a person. I have many many friends and family that are in that same community and I don’t feel this was don’t hatefully or in a slanderous way. Thank you for this kind message as well, because I am totally fine with healthy discourse and you are fantastic at what you do and I truly and always will be routing for your continued success because you are so talented🤍

Thank you so much! This is so comforting! I know what your saying is true and doing this ISNT easy! I could easily be doing other things! Talking about other things! But I must take a stand for my Lord and Savior and I truly believe with conviction it will help people! I’m not particularly shocked by the response, especially when it comes to this subject because we both know that talking about this particular subject brings a lot of persecution . I was talking with one of my friends the other day, and she said something to me that really resonated with me…mentioning that it’s rooted in a lot of spirits, - one of them being rejection, so as soon as people see it being talked about from a biblical context, people get very triggered and very, very defensive, and have a lot of pride. What’s actually interesting about this entire thing is I have said nothing slanderous nor mean spirited and yet here we are! Haha. I even went on to give an example about how Olsen is the same because I wanted to highlight the fact that a lot of Christians tend to place emphasis on homosexuality because they know that it’s not something that they may be struggling with and I made sure to point out that ALL sin is equal because it is in God‘s eyes! I think people that struggle with this also fail to realize that I am not hateful of them or nor do I feel hatred in any capacity toward at all! I know people PERSONALLY dealing with this very thing!!!!! just like how Jesus doesn’t hate us because of the fact that we sin! he gives us many chances to redeem our selves and renew our minds and our spirit through submission to the Holy Spirit and his word!🤍

As someone who used to identify as a part of the LGBT community I agree with a lot these points but I have to say, you guys said it first 🫣worship God not the creation. I’m saying this with love, I love Jesus (peace be upon him) but he is a creation of God. There is only one God and one originator of the universe and everything in it. The one God Himself. We cannot imagine or comprehend what God is like fully. He definitely is not a man and I feel like that resonates with us all deep down. I am saying this as a Muslim. I believe in Jesus but as a messenger of God just like Moses, Abraham, Mohammed and so many others that we have in common. The Quran has never been changed before unlike the Bible and doesn’t have contradictions. That’s what drew me to it. Also the the biblical prophets preached the same message of worshiping one God. It doesn’t hurt to ask God, not the creation, to guide you to whatever is right! I admire a lot of your personality traits! May God continue to guide us💞

I don't believe that Asha Christina is really quite as biblical as she would have you believe. After all first Timothy chapter 2 verses 9 - 14 stipulate that women should not have authority over men and should be silent. Do you think that Aisha Christina is really following God's judgement on this as stated by first Timothy in the bible? And so God's judgement is pretty clear!
@AshaChristinaFoster

There are some things in the Bible historically that may be outdated. I am not specifically referencing the scripture you provided when I say that either. Now in reference to what you’re staying you’re reading out of context. “a. Let a woman learn in silence: This unfortunate translation has led some to believe that it is forbidden for women to even speak in church meetings. Paul uses the same word translated silence in 1st Timothy 2:2and it is translated peaceable there. The idea is without contention instead of total silenced. Thank you very kindly ☺️ so NICE try 💕 and for you to hop on here and insinuate because I’m a woman I cannot speak on the things of the Lord, is absolutely ridiculous. Fix the log in your own eye❤️
