How good can a QuietKat climb and dealing with sand

Lower tire pressure will help the unit get better traction in the sand and snow. Around 8-10 psi depending on user weight. Just make sure you shift into lower gearing before climbing any hills as shifting under load (shifting as you're on the hill) creates tremendous loads on the drivetrain and heats up the motor quickly. (So this will prevent controller overheating and prevent any derailleur hanger or chain failure.)

I was thinking about getting one of these bikes with my stimulus check when I get it but after seeing the quality of the Rambo Hunting trailer cart I'm seriously thinking about just getting a mongoose cargo utility bike

If you had gone down the hill thru the water and then up the hill with some momentum on your side you probably would of made it. Its a great bike no matter what ! thanks david

way to exspensive, get a rad rover

My wife has a Rad Rover , great for simple asphalt, groomed snow and sand (when tire presure is brought way down 5-6PSI) But it would NEVER go up steep stuff like this. not enough power, geared too high and rear hub motor can't take advantage of the lower geared cassettes. My 52v mid-drive Biktrix Juggernaut FS, 4.8" surly tires 4-5PSI 40t front/52t rear gearing will take you up.👍👍

10 PSI in tires would eat that sand.

10 PSI is normal fatbike riding, 4-6PSI isreally needed in Sand and snow.
