With a new offensive coordinator in Ryan Grubb, and offensive line coach Scott Huff just how good can Seahawks offense be. Time will tell. A good sign is all the players have been giving the new system rave reviews during OTA's

You can definitely hear music, it’s just not pounding like when Pete was the HC! If you’re installing both a new offense & defense, the music should be lower, as you want the players to listen and absorb as much of the new systems as possible! I’m excited to see what Grubb can bring offensively…I know Coach Mac will improve the defense, just how much will be tbd! There’s 1 thing that both sides have, talent! It’ll be up to the coaches to utilize it. #GoHawks #LFG

How come they teach happy dancing moving feet for the QB in the pocket? Because it is a GIANT tell when they are going to throw as they stop the move before throwing. If I am a DB looking back at the QB and see the dance, and I know here goes the ball.

It’s not about moving your feet or not, it’s practicing pocket presence, staying on the balls of your feet allows you to move around the pocket more freely. Your feet have to be set to throw a good ball, unless you normally throw on the run which Geno doesn’t do. Trust the process bro it’s OTA’s
