atp villains need a LR bulma that gives damage reduction to the rotation. It sounds op but alot of old villains like LR cooler or even meta cooler. would at least be unable/useable if they just had guard or damage reduction while having a slot 1 character. Again it might sound op but villains quite literally need the definition of op in order to have a chance. We past the point of giving us 1 villain thats either ok or mid cuz next time we get another one. That villain would had aged out already. Imagine we got a Slot 1 villian, that supports multiple rotations, give like 20-30% damage reduction, orb changes, has guard and built up damage reduction, and have some way of protecting the team yall can say "thats too op, giving all that damage reduction to the team" ok tell that too ssb gogeta and beast gohan as they still one shot them. 20-30% damage reduction at bare minimum would let most villains tank normals (which is sad). Yall know how sad it is, that one of the best villain tanks is the golden friezas from 4-5 years ago. Those units with 80-90% damage reduction is still getting damn near one shotted from ssb gogeta and gohan while taking damage from normals (before those 2 super attack btw) Even still a unit like that would only be a start for villians to be good and they still will need alot more help
