I don't think Ah Paul gives a fark. Frankly, most musicians prefer to play rather than sing, even Ka Kui himself. As for this song (Hoi Fut Tin Hong), it's obviously more suitable to Ka Kui's higher octave vocal while Ah Paul is mid-high even when he was younger. Kar Keong totally struggled to render this song in Beyond's concert. Ah Paul still sounds great in his own composition and solo works which is more suitable for his vocal range. I prefer much of Ah Paul's solo work....very in depth and grows on you compares to all those early days Beyond's hit which were just too commercialized for me now. As i grow older, my taste in music also changes appropriately.
