What I love about Scar commentary is he goes deep. He gets hype, he talks about the mindset of players and likens it to anime like the ping pong one. He put me on the inner game of tennis book. He’s been my all time favorite commentator since I started watching melee. Him and toph on commentary is iconic. There are other commentary OG’s but a lot of the commentators I’ve been hearing lately have a long way to go before they’re on Scars level

I weirdly also thought about it recently, and I like "ditto" more. Mirror match only make sense in 2D games because it's actually a flipped (mirrored) image, and it 3D games like Tekken or Soulcalibur it isn't that way. Plus, "mirror" is weird to say with the Rs; "ditto" is way easier.

Street Fighter does actually have something like a Ditto. Twelve in 3rd Strike has the ability to turn himself into a copy of his opponent. "Twelve match" doesn't sound very inspired though.

Look up the dictionary definition of "ditto", it's a real word not just a pokemon. It was used more commonly back when melee came out. Pokemon kinda killed the use of the word.
