The Changi Lounge is at the Jewel complex, so yes after arriving you can head there. The Priority Pass will cover this lounge :).

No you will not need to pass security. You can access this lounge from the public area inside Jewel.

If your package selected includes showers then yes 🙂. For basic packages showers are not included.
