​@@joyceamatakyi8418he could've had undiagnosed diabetes making him drink lots of water thinking he's staying hydrated. Diabetes can also destroy your kidneys. Could also be from several other causes including the foods on the Ghanaian market. There's a physical cause. I'm not sure if an autopsy was done, but certainly there's a cause. No one can "buy" any disease for anyone. We don't do/get the proper check up needed on a minimum yearly basis, so we think we're doing well until something happens.
