I sing only the first two verses in this video, but I'm included the lyrics for all four below, because they're just worth knowing.

O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds thy hands have made,

He bled and died to take away my sin.
When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
