Hellou Sirturmund friends here, a little bit off topic but do u have a recommendation for some good Dominican republic typical food?

My favorite Dominican dish is Mofongo. It’s a dish of plantains stuffed with a meta or vegetable of your choice. Can also never go wrong with a classic Dominican Pernil (pulled pork) and whatever side of your choice. My go to is white rice and beans and maduros to combine with my pernil. There’s also pastelon de Platano which is like a lasagna but with plantain instead. Delicious stuff.
