How Hard is Genshin Impact with ONLY Using 4 star Characters?

Genshin Impact is a gacha game with tons of powerful 5 star characters. But what if we ONLY used the 4 star characters instead. Of course, we're going to impose some other rules onto ourselves to make it even more difficult, but could we complete all the content in the game including 36 stars in the Spiral Abyss?
Amber, Xinyan, Barbara, and so many more characters are rarely used in Genshin, as there are just way better options. But could we take characters like this and build powerful teams?
We will be wishing on EVERY new rate-up character banner until we get a 4 star characters. Then, we stop pulling until the next banner. This means RNG will completely decide what characters we get to use, and prevents us from just pulling all the "meta" 4 stars whenever they show up. There are additional rules for when we pull weapons or constellations, but I'll explain those in the video.

As expected, I guessed it. But genuinely, Java feels like one of the ONLY people who does these challenges correctly. The videos are fun and the challenges are actual challenges because of java's "stubborness" which is literally just determination. Xinyan tips for future! U can use tenacity on her for shelids or Pale flame for dps! If u go dps on her red horn would be best shelid is whiteblind. In very early game her best is 2p lucky dog as free 100 defense and some other pieces u can choose. The best weapon early early game is the mondstat claymore from chests that is a defense one. When u get to liyue u can grind sigils for claymore billet. Thats all before I start yapping too much. This comment is meant for anyone who wants to bulid Xinyan early game or upper gamewise

Regarding Gaming: he doesn't actually do any "skill" damage (his skill is counted as plunging dmg). If you want to take a trip over to Fontaine, the craftable claymore from there is one of his best options. :)

I just want to point out that you should definitely wish on noelle banner cause it can only give 4 star characters and not weapons (it can also give the standard 5 star characters but the chances are low so unless you develop some godly luck i highly doubt you're gonna get one)

oh im so excited for this challenge. so many 4 stars are absolute favorites of mine and i adore seeing more love and use put into them, esp the underloved ones like xinyan :) my only gripe would be if/when u get benny, xingqiu, and xiangling..... because theyre such strong units theyre loved and always used. if this series is appreciating the underappreciated, id love to see others get priority over them, because the others dont get nearly enough love! also, im excited to see how u build xinyan as u get higher world levels. i made her a main dps at one point, before turning her into a burst dps lol. im hoping to pick her up again, id love to slot her onto a team thatll bring out more of her potential if we get a future unit that complements her amazingly

I really like this idea!! Also I love Gaming's playstyle, he's so fun to use so it's nice to see you give him some love. that's really not truth 1:57, unironically now that you don't need to pull 5* characters you can focus on just pulling weapons instead of characters, you should end up with a bunch of 5* weapons.

The difference between those accounts and this one is the ease of access to elements. It means most of the struggles of the past won't be here, so the early game stuff would just be watching some gameplay while Java babbles. Java babbling is entertaining admittedly, but it would be a bit different.

Super cool idea! There's a ton of 4 star characters that don't get enough love because of meta. At first I was thinking you wouldn't get to have the fun of getting a usable 5 star. But allowing 5 star weapons solves that! And just in time for the epitomized path update! I love seeing weird and interesting teams, and 4 star only restriction certainly helps with that! I think this idea is great for a new series!! Just a little note from a Gaming main, his E doesn't actually count as elemental skill damage but plunging damage. Nothing in his kit does elemental skill damage so Earth Shaker actually doesn't work for him except for an attack statstick
