As a United fan he’s not a bad player just in the wrong system, he will never be able to play in a high line defence due to his lack of pace and agility however in a low block he will excel in any other team

the problem is that everytime a talented player comes to united they end up trash. i think maguire is a decent player until he was handed the captain band. i also appreciate him a lot as a person, he receives so much hate and even gets death threats, but he is not backing away from challenges

The problem is that having a guy at 200k/week for squad depth is kinda bad for finance And that his market value would most likely go down from now on. But honestly with the injury we had(and would most likely continue to have), he is not at the top of the sales list.
