Not sure when you filmed this but Tweed Valley Trails Association/Glentress Trailfairies (Volunteers) just had it closed recently and the loose stones were removed too on the lower part of Twitcher. You are right though - it needs some work!

@@pmacfto to be honest this was end of July I want to say… so a few months have passed since then! Glad to hear it’s been resolved because these are such good trails!! It’s a shame when they aren’t running as good as the last time you rode them 👍🏻 cheers for the comment mate will have to get back up there and have another lap on them ASAP

Twitcher, Castle Black and the Black Taster are great trails. To be honest, I'd rather they left them to become more natural like they do at Dyfi. Everytime you go back there, it's like riding new trails and they are getting progressively more gnarly. These three trails would be brilliant as more downhill orientated trails rather than them just being manicured piste - I know that that wouldn't be a popular opinion though.

@@niseachI know what you mean about natural Vs man-made. Whinlatter forest springs to mind here, as the north side is natural formations and quite technical in parts, where as on the south side it's got a man made descent which is pretty sick for speed but also runs a hell of a lot smoother

@@richardfarish3634 Whinlatter is great. One of my favourite trail centres.

so looks like the colour system is same as skiing/snowboarding then? green, blue, red, black in order of difficulty?

Yeah pretty much, not sure what comes after black for skiing etc, but in MTB there's also orange, and orange grade 2. Ae forest has an orange grade 2 trail.

Ponduro is probably one of the best trails in the trail centre. Not as good as Golfie though
