When you focus on your problems instead of trusting God, you’re going to end up exhausted. And you’re going to be defeated because God didn’t design you to fight your battles alone. You don’t have the power you need to face every problem in your own strength. You need God’s power. You can’t focus on your problems and focus on God at the same time. You’ve got to shift your focus to who God is and what he’s promised to do for you. Life is full of experiences that test you, drain you, and wipe you out. When you are worn out, that’s when you’re ready to say to God, “I’m sorry. I can’t handle this situation, and I’ve tried everything. I need to give it to you because it’s bigger than me.” So, what should you do when you are overwhelmed? You stand strong. Standing strong is an attitude of quiet confidence in the character of God. You will be successful when you put your trust in what he says to you through his Word and the Holy Spirit. When you get with God, you’ll never have to give up ground because you are standing strong. When the burden is overwhelming, you may be tempted to cave in under the pressure. God doesn’t want you to back down from difficult situations. He doesn’t want you to sacrifice your integrity. God wants you to trust him through the challenges and learn from them. If you run, you’ll miss out on learning from God. And chances are, you’ll need to repeat that lesson. God is committed to your success. But you need to focus on him and trust him and his Word if you want to stand your ground.

When my dad passed away suddenly, I couldn't fly back to my country on the same day because there was no flight. I had to wait till next morning. My words still can't describe how miserable I was at the time. That day a friend of mine came to my apartment to stay with me. I was ranting, sobbing, and reminiscing my recent talk with my dad. I wasn't sure if I told him I loved him or not, such and such...Then she sang this song to me as explaining the background story. It was like a lullaby and loving message directly from God. It was a cure to my broken heart. I played this song over and over again on the 14-hour flight. It helped me get through. I still tear up or even bawl when listening to this song, but it makes me realize His love and glory. Even in the darkest time, I know He still loves me and He places every single person in my life to help me find the way towards Him. Praise the Lord! Whoever is going through a hard time out there, my heart goes out to you.

I am 23 years old. I've been pressing myself on for the past few years with desperation to graduate college and as a nurse. I was listening to this song while waiting for my final to finish being graded. When the notification appeared that our final class grade was published I just knew, despite how hard I studied and the many hours I desperately tried to make this whole nursing thing happen, I did not make it. I was dismissed from the nursing program. I decided to move on and try something else. I'm now a psychology major and I feel passionate about mental health. I have 2 more semesters before graduating and I am excited about this new path. One thing I know for sure, I may not be healing and saving lives in the hospitals while sharing God's love, but I might one day be able to help someone out there over come the deep struggles they keep inside. Mental health in my opinion is heavily reflective of spiritual health.

Yeah my man. It was a big struggle for me as well. It's not the porn, it's lust. Keep turning to the Father. He's not ashamed or hurt by you watching it. You are a new creation. The fact that you acknowledge it shows God's grace is in you. It's working you into His truth. Keep believing that you are a new creation. Keep believing in the Word. Going back to God. Over and over. Even if you just got done watching it, ask God for His forgiveness and when I say that I mean His active forgiveness that will transform your thoughts into heavenly ones. My grandma passed away from cancer. I really thought she would make it... She was a second mother to me. Im having trouble with my faith, family, and friends. My grandma helped me through that but know shes gone. Lisening to this song makes me know that there is a lord that still loves me even when others don't. TESTIMONY. I used to be a massive addict. Since I was 15 I was addicted to popping pills to numb the memories of sexual abuse. One day when I had decided to stop taking pills I had an unreal panic attack that caused me to shake uncontrollably. It was in this moment, when I felt at the end of myself...crippled by fear and withdrawal-I sat down at my piano and God gave me a song word for word in one sitting and immediately brought peace into my heart and mind. This song is so significant to my life. Growing up, I had horrible depression and constantly thought about suicide. I planned ways to kill myself in kindergarten. And I remember, worship felt like a hammer hitting my chest, repeatedly, and I felt like I was going to cry, but I felt so much shame in lifting my arms and surrendering. But finally, when I was reaching a new low in jr high, I was at youth with my cousin. Still, never worshiped God with my hands up, never fully surrendered. And this song started to play, and that pounding in my chest was so so heavy. Finally I had the courage to lift my arms, and the moment my arms were up, I started bawling as I encountered the love of Jesus. I am telling you, once you have an encounter, you won’t question if Jesus is real. You won’t have any doubts. Instead, your cup will over fill, and you will understand that you were completely designed to know God. Because nothing will ever fill in that void the way Jesus does. And when I was standing there crying, my heart was so over filled, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was to have that interaction with God. When I left youth that night, I couldn’t stop smiling, something in my heart shifted. I was finally a child of God. I pray that whoever reads this has that same encounter. I promise you, your life will never be the same again. Your old self dies and the life you were designed for finally begins. Life doesn’t start until we have him. His love heals our pain, depression, anxiety, abuse, loneliness, addiction, lust, anger, hatred, jealousy, and it mends us back together and makes us whole! I promise you this. Hiiii, thanks for sharing your story :) Mine is quite similar. In 9th grade I developed depression and felt so unloved. I got suicidal and hurt myself. But then I had confirmation (I´m catholic) and we went on a trip for couple days where we had a worship. And in this moment I realised that God loves me. I swear I felt God. It was everything. The Holy Spirit entered my body. i really felt it when he entered me. i was filled with peace, love and comfort. God shared his love with me and gave me understanding of how much he really loves all of us. God loves the worst person out there. Even a murderer who killed 50 million ppl. God said he loves that person and hes ready to forgive them if only they ask. He's ready and willing to forgive u and remember ur sins no more. It was love that none of us could express. God told me he doesnt want hell for any of us. Hes not mean at all like some of us may see him. He only warns us because he loves us so much and wants us being reconciled back to him. I felt the holy spirit grieve in me. i started weeping nonstop for hours. The Holy Spirit was weeping for all the lost souls. He told me to pray and plead with God for forgiveness, mercy, grace and more time for all the lost sinners. pray that they come into a repentance and God softens their heart. God doesn't want hell for us. He weeps when 1 soul goes to hell. The lil bit of grief he allowed me to feel was too much for me to bear. i told God i cant handle this grief. its too much for me. God took the grief away from me. He just wanted me to know how high, deep and wide his love really is. I had hate for my enemy and unforgiveness but God gave me HIS OWN love for my enemy. And now i have love for my enemy and ive been trying to help him get saved and be reconciled back to God. There's no way u can love ur enemies on ur own. U can only love ur enemies when u SHARE in Gods love 😊💖 God is truly beautiful and he loves you so much. He doesnt want bad for u. He wants u to know and feel how much he loves you and he is for u 😊💖 we may fail God and get mad at him, but God will never fail us and will never leave us. I know this from experience😊 Jesus loves u 💖😊 read the bible starting in the book of John 😊 The NLT version is more easier to understand than KJV 😊💖

My dad had surgery late last year.one week before Christmas. I prayed and fasted for him to recover...wen my brother told me he saw him cry in his sleep, I cried and pleaded to God to take away his pain.he died on the 26th a day after Christmas. I hated God...for taking him away...I had high hopes..I was hoping he'd wake up and I'd get to hug him and tell him I loved him so much...and I was sorry if I had ever been a bad daughter. .but he died..I lost all my faith.i said to myself all the other things I had prayed about won't come to reality.but I dint stop going to church..I kept on listening to hillsong and talked to several believers who made me see it clear that it was for the best and that's why God took him away.to stop him from hurting because he loved him so much just as he loves us..I still have my eyes on the Lord. Waiting on him to heal me..and this song has been of great help.thanks.😟

agaba Traphine God bless you love. I want to share a quick story with you that relates very much to yours. There was a man from my church, his heart was made of gold. Not only was he kind, but he was hilarious, loved to make people feel good, and would do the most for everyone. He was born with Aids, his parents did not know they could take medication so as not to infect their unborn baby, near his early 30’a he was diagnosed with cancer. He suffered so much. When I went to go visit him in the hospital, I remember how his eyes were popping out of his head, he was so weak yet his grip remained strong. The church thought he would recover, until the Pastor one day told us God was going to take him. Not too long after, he passed away. People were heartbroken. I remember trying not to be mad at God for taking him away from everyone. His mother cried for weeks, but she would still make it to church. God knows everything. He knows how much he was suffering, and being the amazing loving Father He is, He decided to take him with Him to live in eternal paradise. Do not be dismayed that God took your father away. We may not understand why He does what he does at the time, but just know that God makes no mistakes. I am at peace with my God, for no one on this Earth suffered more than Jesus, but yet he endured all the pain to die for us. There is a plan and purpose behind everything, so do not be upset but find comfort in God. For one day we will all be together in Heaven ❤️. God bless you ❤️❤️

My mother died like of cancer, kinda like that. The church told me she would be healed. God told me she would die. She died on October 31, i was 18. I prayed that God would help me not blame him. I was a bad son but you cant change that. I missed her for many years but you can get better. God will not stop loving you, and you can be healed. I am 41 now and i have a family. I think about her from time to time but God has been constant and he didnt leave me an orphan. I can attest to that. You can get better and God still loves you in Jesus name. Cry it out in Gods presense and it will never be wasted tears. I hope to hear your update in victory. Never lose hope, please never do.

I m the miracle of God...! 2016 i had an accident that lead to a surgery.... 3weeks later, i got lungs complication, i couldn't breath well for a good 24h hours...! When i got to the hospital, they told me that it was late..! It was so painful that i asked God to take me away. I was ready to go coz i couldn't handle the pain (Chest pain plus leg pain)! I don't know how but God gave me faith that i needed to stay alive... Doctors kept coming to check if i m gone but were surprised to find me alive....! I start telling them that no one on earth has the right to tell me that i m gonna die except my heavenly Father who can choose to take me home or stay. 3 days later, my body miraculously recovered... And no one could believe..... We live in a constant fear of death or hate the fact that our loved ones have gone,... But when i was facing death there is that peace during the suffering that was there because i knew that even though death could be the result i would be gone home to see my Father...! When we live life with eternity percepective, death becomes nothing cause u know that death is not the end ... Cause Jesus Christ won! So for us who are in Christ we should be encouraged and remain in the promised peace that is not from this world, even though situations might not be on our side, heaven will remain on our side....! Life or death, God is sovereign and promised us to never forsake us. Remain in his blessings!

When I heard this song it utterly changed me forever I fell in love with Yeshua. I was in my car I had been in a relationship with a man for 15 years that I loved dearly but he didn't love me . I was so jealous of all the women he cheated on me with. It was when I heard that Yeshua was jealous for me my mind went to this place where I was shown how all those feelings I was feeling for someone else that I wasn't even married to. That pain and broken heart was what Yeshua was feeling for me that I had grieved his spirit. That I had made him feel as if I didn't want him and that he loved me dearly that if only I would come to him he would heal my brokenness. So five years later here I am free and I could never imagine loving anyone the way I love Yeshua ❤️ I'm still healing and learning more about my true love as I will till the day he comes back for me . Till then I will sing this song to him and remember where he brought me out of and where he is taking me to .

Hi, Shawn. Even you can't feel, it's true. He loves you. I had many serious problems during my life, but I always trusted Him. In many occasions I was so weak that I just stayed still, quietly, even crying... I had no words to be spoken so sad I was. But, suddenly, His love covered me and everything was transformed. Stay in His presence. He knows you. He loves you. I pray for His grace comes upon you and gives you peace. Trust Him!!
