How Hitler's Lawyers Used Jim Crow Laws in Drafting the Nuremberg Race Laws To Persecute the Jews

Many people believe that the evil culture of Nazi Germany could never happen in America, but the truth is, not only can it happen, but the Nazi’s who constructed the system of race laws and the eugenics final solution followed the examples of what was worst in America. What you don’t mention is the lawyers who crafted the Nuremberg laws were not prosecuted but in fact went on to teach in western universities. I believe one of these lawyers was Carl Schmitt

The mere fact of a prohibition of marriage for any reasons seems to be more than just antithetical to the purpose of a union of two humans. Criticism of interracial, interfaith, intercultural, or other forms of any marginalized population's oppression under arbitrary constructs without merit or cause is a high crime in and of itself. How is it an idiot without a foundational gripe on anything rational or formally sound is allowed to specify operational components of society--this is the criminal being charged with upholding justice.
