You'll then have to pay the artist and estate for this.

You're quite correct. Because of the structure of his composition, most of his vocals and synths need to treat the rhythm as "3/4 with a rest" (obviously 4/4 to most of us), but this arrangement does make the work more interesting in spite of the fact that it's only pretending to be 3/4

Not like that you can’t hear the vocals but you should turn them up so they are more in focus and the other elements are just there to support the vocals. That was way better than what I could have made but I still feel like it was lacking in some respects. I'm no pro but I still have a good feeling for music, the main complaint would be the vocals (their rhythm didn't quite fit the rest and they felt like kind of an afterthought) but I feel that you still need some more instruments. Props for the good song. Once again that was way better than something I could have made, good work.
