Ingrid lead, Init, money, kigiri, constance, helga. almost 11 million damage this codex, rank 4 on global. Try it :). This team could be modified with Laya lead (a3 or above), monkey, kigiri,constance, helga, setram a5(+his artefact). in fact that team was first on global with 13 million damage. I believe with Beelzebub out, that we are going to have even crazier teams with more damage output.
